"body": "Unfortunately, my experience with the TOD app recently has been very disappointing, especially when it comes to watching movies or streaming live matches. There are several recurring issues that seriously affect the quality of the service: Screen Dimming Bug while watching movies, the screen sometimes remains dim, as if I’ve tapped to pause. It only returns to normal if I fully restart the app. AirPlay Streaming Problems when casting content to my TV using AirPlay, the stream randomly cuts off for no reason, and again, I have to restart the app to make it work. Live Streaming Delay on TV when I stream live matches on my phone, everything works fine and in real time. But once I try to AirPlay it to my TV, the stream restarts from the beginning of the match and doesn’t allow me to return to the live moment. On top of that, the delay when streaming on TV can reach up to 2 full minutes, which is completely unacceptable for live sports. These issues happen far too often and have significantly damaged the overall user experience — especially for a paid service. I strongly urge the TOD team to address these bugs and streaming problems as soon as possible, because the current performance does not reflect a professional or reliable platform.",

"body": "Great Experience, Never Wanted to get a BeIN set top box but after the release of Tod , with 4K experience for Football , Movies and Great Documentaries. I'm never gonna stop using it , the perfect experience of watching football and Movies. Please start doing more offers on the 4K plans and the yearly plans. Long-Term subscriptions would be more beneficial for both you and the consumers. so instead of 50% off on 3-months with no 4K start doing maybe 10-20% off on the 4K yearly plans. win win situation",

"body": "One of the most annoying things about this app is when I choose a language and then they ignore my choice and put dubs over it. I want to listen to the players speak, not a translator. If I choose Arabic, I want the translation, but if I choose English, why do I still get a translation? If you're going to force me to listen to one, don't give me the option for the other. Otherwise, I've been subscribed for a long while now, and enjoy the app.",
