This is my first time to use the app, and I found it to be very easy and convenient. I appreciate the personal contact from the representatives at the store asking me if substitutions are acceptable. Awesome. Keep up the good work. David in Olon

3/5Great app but lots of notification spam
The service tends to be very good in Cuenca Ecuador and we did sign on for the paid membership …. But we get several advertisements pushed to our devices through the app per day. To make it worse messages from Tipti shoppers don’t come through as critical notifications so if notifications are turned off for the spam advertisements then they’re turned off for shopper messages as well. The service itself is five stars, I vastly prefer this to Instacart in the USA …. but because of the notification issue the app is three stars.

4/5Overall good, i miss oroduxt classification searc
It is nice, but it needs more organization for searches, like categories, in a way that i write “fruits” and all fruits will be diplayed… thanks The service is very good though, people are friendly and effective

3/5Long time USER and now don’t let me get in
I am a long time user of this app… for me was great convenient because I live outside Ecuador but I could shop groceries for my mom from USA…. I did shop through this app for very long time but suddenly is not working and don’t let me get into..

The website, app and phone are different. Trying to get help was neely impossible. The app indicated that they didn’t have a very popular brand of bread. The app wants you to shop at Megamaxi instead of Supermaxi. Megamaxi is the most expensive in Cuenca. Forget it.
