1. 5/5Very useful! Especially with multiple people to split tip

   Very useful! I use this all of the time. Especially when I go out with a group of friends and we have to split the bill and tip. This makes it so easy! The only con is now they are allowing ads to pop up as you are trying Input the total. There is NO “x” to close out. You have to wait until it slowly presents the “x” to logout. Sometimes the ad will not have it appear so I start clicking on the other icons. It is frustrating! It is not always easy or simple to “x”out of the ad and the ad takes over the entire screen so you cannot see the info. They need a new ad developer. This makes me not buy or even look at the companies who use this type of marketing ads. Car ads are the worst! Will not buy from any company that distorts my view of the screen and info I need right away.

   Love this app! When ordering food from the delivery services, you get discounts on your order most of the time. But the app will always use your price before discounts to generate a tip. That’s where this app comes into play. I’ll get my total before tip and after discounts, plug the numbers into this app and get the tip according to price. Also love that you can round up or down to make you final order a whole dollar amount without the change.

3. 1/5Impossible to Use

   I’ve had this app since before I can remember, years and years now. But I’ve seen this app slowly decline since the beginning. Usability became a frequent issue. The decimal button would randomly disappear, sometimes you couldn’t input anything without turning it horizontally, and the ads have increased and are out of control. The ads take up the entire screen, they’re annoying to have to wait to get out of, and it makes it so inconvenient when you just want to pay your bill and leave. And you know they’re making this as annoying as possible so you’ll buy the ad free version, which used to be a lifetime purchase, then it became yearly, and now it’s $3 a month. With other ad-free apps available that do the same thing or more, this just isn’t worth the trouble. Sorry guys, I’m out.

   I found I was utilizing the free version of this app very often for several years and have found it to be one of my most used apps, I upgraded and paid for a subscription. This app quickly and accurately splits the bill as well as a tip [a percentage of your choosing] when dining with others. I have found it to be one of my most indispensable apps and so worth the cost.

5. 4/5Tip calculator review

   This is a great app, Using this to check my homework, and it comes in handy at restaurants as well. This app is very reliable. Only problem is it can soft-lock when you are overusing it. Well that’s not necessarily the apps problem, it might be my phone. Otherwise the ad pop-ups aren’t really a problem. Since they are trying to make money being sponsored by those companies. This app is programmed greatly. I definitely recommend it for those people who are not good at money units.
