   I found I was utilizing the free version of this app very often for several years and have found it to be one of my most used apps, I upgraded and paid for a subscription. This app quickly and accurately splits the bill as well as a tip [a percentage of your choosing] when dining with others. I have found it to be one of my most indispensable apps and so worth the cost.

2. 5/5Very useful! Especially with multiple people to split tip

   Very useful! I use this all of the time. Especially when I go out with a group of friends and we have to split the bill and tip. This makes it so easy! The only con is now they are allowing ads to pop up as you are trying Input the total. There is NO “x” to close out. You have to wait until it slowly presents the “x” to logout. Sometimes the ad will not have it appear so I start clicking on the other icons. It is frustrating! It is not always easy or simple to “x”out of the ad and the ad takes over the entire screen so you cannot see the info. They need a new ad developer. This makes me not buy or even look at the companies who use this type of marketing ads. Car ads are the worst! Will not buy from any company that distorts my view of the screen and info I need right away.

   Love this app! When ordering food from the delivery services, you get discounts on your order most of the time. But the app will always use your price before discounts to generate a tip. That’s where this app comes into play. I’ll get my total before tip and after discounts, plug the numbers into this app and get the tip according to price. Also love that you can round up or down to make you final order a whole dollar amount without the change.

   This app used to be good, u could go in plug in my bill, get the tip and total amount based on percentage I wanted to tip. Even split the bill. It still does all those things but it’s had been infected by AD OVERLOAD. Seriously, you can’t use the thing without watching some video ad. You can’t close the ad right away, the developer made it so you had to have a horrible time-sucking experience before you could even get access to the primary reason you got the app: to calculate a tip. Even more, some advertisers chose a background color in their ad design that matches the “x” once the developer gives you the “x” ..so essentially it hides the “x” to close the ad…. forever. You are left with the desperation of randomly tapping in the empty spaces in the corners of the ad I hopes that the ad might close. That’s F’ed up. Absolutely horrible design, when I need my tip calculator I need to load and be useful right away, this …this isn’t it. So I am deleting this app and I have found one with no ads that’s just as simple to use.

   Used to love this. Seems like over the last year or so the ad implementation has just gotten super intrusive and annoying. Don’t get me wrong… I appreciate a free app, I’m glad to see developers bring in some revenue and I don’t mind watching a quick ad here and there in exchange….. But this has gone too far. When I’m at the counter with folks behind me or sitting at the table and the server is on the way back, I don’t want to have to jump through hoops or have an unreasonable wait to get the calculator up! Do yourself a favor. Dig a little deeper and you’ll find a great tip app in this store which is actually free with no strings attached. Sorry Skol. You blew it. Deleting this app now…..
