  1. 3/5Another update, Another Glitch

I’ve been using this app for almost 3 years. With every update, another glitch reveals itself. While it is more visually appealing, most of the time it’s in offline mode and I have to keep reconnecting. I’ve had several other issues that were more annoying than anything. With this latest update, if you forget to turn off the timer after 12am, you can’t choose the day before so you either have to delete that particular clock-in or it will just sit in processing. Another issue is with completed clock-in/out deleting themselves. Last week I had 3 days of clock-in just disappear. I had to add them back in manually 2 times before they stayed. The most annoying issue is the stop timer message. Every day when I log in I get the message that the timer was stopped because it went over 24 hours. I thought I was just forgetting to clock out, which I’ve done a lot, but since this last update with missing hours I am more diligent with my time. After I get past the stop timer message, it shows a pending time for that particular day, BUT it also shows all the clock ins I actually put in for the day also. How can I have my correct hours for the day but also left it running for 24 hours. I appreciate it looking nice, but an actual correct way to track my time is more appreciated. If the app doesn’t work, we don’t get paid and that’s not fair.

  2. 1/5Nothing but problems

I hate the fact that I have To use this app to sign in and out of for work every single time there is some sort of glitch and I end up loosing out on days I'm suppose to get paid for my last three checks have been 200 dollars and under how and I suppose Tom pay bills with that I enter my time that I worked and the next day it comes up as if I added 6 different times I worked and most of them are either 0 hours or 15 minutes if work and they are entered like five or six times and on top of my regular 4 8 or 12 hours I work I'm so annoyed and they just don't seem to care why cause they have a job that they get paid for they don't care that I can't pay my bills and take care of my family nor do they care that I work 24 hours a day anyway caring for a sick person battling stage 4 cancer so the little bit of money I do make does not compare to all The time energy amd hours I put in every single day they need to fix this and have a little more compassion for us who are caring for sickly people who we love and care about very dissapoined id rather have to call and check in and call When done this app is terrible

  3. 1/5Unreliable and Frustrating: A Broken App That Fails Disabled Families and Caregivers

This app is supposed to help track personal assistants (PAs) working with disabled individuals, ensuring they clock in and out properly while meeting bureaucratic requirements. However, the app constantly fails, making it more difficult for both caregivers and the families who depend on them. As a parent of a child with special needs, I see firsthand how the app’s glitches and missing features create unnecessary stress. When it doesn’t work, support staff has to manually fix entries, which delays payments and creates more work for everyone. Personal assistants already have a demanding job caring for vulnerable individuals, yet they’re burdened with an app that barely functions. Basic features like push notifications—which are standard in most apps—are missing, meaning we have to log in constantly just to check if timesheets are approved. The app was rushed into use to meet regulations, but instead of helping, it causes major headaches for families like mine who rely on these services. We don’t have a choice but to use this app, and the company behind it seems uninterested in fixing these long-standing issues. It’s frustrating that something so essential is built so poorly, affecting the livelihood of caregivers and the well-being of the people they support. This app needs serious improvements, but so far, those in charge seem to be ignoring the problem.

  4. 1/5Frustrating Delays

This app often makes a struggle to clock in and out, wasting valuable time and attention that should go to caring for your client! I often have to clock in and out at a location with bad phone signal and no wi-fi. Even when I turn "offline mode" on in advance, the app sometimes refreshes, and takes forever to load. Then after waiting to log in I have to see the same screen with "take the tour" despite not being new at all. I wish I was able to pick my client up from his day program right on time and just tell PPL that my shift started at 3, instead I spend time sitting in the car, struggling for the app to load so I can clock in the required way. Then when I submit, I'm not confident that the hours go through, on multiple occasions it said my shift (clocked out in the location with bad service) submitted when I reconnected to the wi-fi at home on Friday afternoons... only to actually submit the shift when I logged in again on Monday morning? The frustration and delays from using this app makes it more difficult to do the necessary work of a personal assistant.

  5. 5/5In home employee

My son has been enrolled in PublicPartnership for 10+ wks now. So far it has been a complete nightmare trying to get paid for time submitted whether it be electronically submitted or faxed in. Their left hand has absolutely no clue what the right hand is doing. Every pay period has a new problem as to why my submitted time can not be approved. Unfortunately I am not allowed to talk to the same agent twice to get problems resolved. I feel as though it may be setup this way so we will get disgusted with the constant problems and just give up. They make you jump through hoops to get a few hrs a wk at almost minimum wages to take care of your handicapped son or daughter. June 1,2025- The Time for Care app has been greatly improved, thank you. Much easier to navigate. We as care givers truly appreciate the ease of being able to enter our hours
