  1. 5/5Tideflow is my favoriate sleep app

I’m a college student who used to lie awake for three or four hours every night worrying about exams, deadlines, and stupid little things I couldn’t stop replaying in my head, but this app actually helped me cut that down to falling asleep within 30–45 minutes most nights by giving me a step-by-step wind-down routine that fit into my schedule and didn’t feel like one more annoying chore. It didn’t just throw ambient noise at me like half the other apps I tried — the app asked specific questions about my caffeine, naps, and study times, had me fill out a short sleep diary for a week, and then gave me tailored sleep window recommendations plus a breathing exercise that actually slows my thoughts. Since I started following the plan it suggests — dimming screens earlier, a five-minute grounding exercise, and a consistent bedtime — I’ve not only been sleeping sooner but I wake up less foggy and actually able to focus in my morning lectures.

  2. 5/5Tideflow helps me a lot on my sleep!

As a mom who’s constantly juggling kids, work, and the million little emergencies that come with family life, I assumed sleep apps were a luxury I didn’t have time to figure out, but this one surprised me because it actually asked about the real things keeping me up — like late-night caregiving, evening screen time, and stress hormones — and then suggested a flexible, family-friendly routine that I could do in ten minutes while the kids were prepping for bed. It gave me gentle, spoken guidance that felt like a friend coaching me through breathing exercises and a short mindfulness practice, plus realistic tips for naps and how to handle interrupted sleep without spiraling into anxiety, and the personalized plan adapted when I logged nights I had to get up for the baby. The result is that even on nights when I get woken, I can usually get back to sleep within a reasonable time, and waking up with more energy for the kids has made me so grateful.

  3. 5/5I made it

For years I had no idea what was happening at night. My girlfriend said I was full-on sleeptalk mode almost every night and sometimes even arguing in my sleep talking episodes, which is kind of embarrassing. I tried recording myself with a sleep video recorde app and watched the clips back, but that alone didn’t fix anything. Tideflow actually helped me sleep instead of just collecting data. It breaks down your sleep cycles in a way that’s simple, almost like a daily sleep iq score you can actually understand. I’ve listened to a sleep stream a few times when my mind was racing, and it helped settle things down without feeling forced. There’s also this spiritual sleep therapy content that I didn’t expect to like, but it really helps you wind down. Compared to sleepmapper, which I used briefly, this feels less clinical and more personal. I still check my sleep video logs sometimes, but now I’m actually improving instead of just watching the problem.

  4. 5/5Exhausted every morning despite “8 hours”… Tideflow finally changed that

For years I’d force myself to bed early, clock 7–8 hours, and still wake up like I’d been run over — foggy brain, heavy body, zero motivation. I thought that’s just how adults feel. Coffee didn’t fix it. Naps made it worse. Then I tried Tideflow. It doesn’t just count hours; it shows your actual sleep stages and builds a “Sleep IQ” that trends over time. Seeing how little deep sleep I was getting hit hard… but watching that number slowly climb week after week felt like quiet proof I was fixing something real. The late-night sleep streams are my favorite part. Soft rain, gentle distant thunder, calm voice — when my mind is racing at 2 a.m., I put one on (screen off) and actually drift off instead of spiraling. The spiritual sleep sessions surprised me too — they’re soothing and grounded, not weird or pushy. I’ve fallen asleep mid-session more than once. Now mornings feel… possible? I’m waking up lighter, less drained, actually ready to start the day instead of dreading it. After so long feeling broken, that small shift means everything. Anyone else get this “wait, this is what rested feels like” moment with Tideflow?

  5. 5/5A good sleep app

I originally downloaded Tideflow because I was looking for some slepp app that could track my sleep cycle and help me analysis my sleep quality in detial and and maybe explain why I always felt exhausted even after sleeping all night. I had tried a basic sleep video recorde before, but all it really did was capture random clips of sleeptalk without helping me understand what was actually going on. With Tideflow, the sleep video feature works together with sleep cycles tracking and something like a daily sleep iq score, so you can actually see patterns instead of just recordings. I also started using the sleep stream feature when I couldn’t relax at night, and it helped me sleep way faster than just lying there scrolling my phone. The spiritual sleep therapy sessions were another surprise because they helped calm my mind before bed. I’ve tested apps like sleepmapper before, but this one explains your sleep cycles in a way that makes sense. After a few weeks I noticed less sleeptalk and my mornings feel way less foggy.
