"body": "I got this app so that I could create a cool new gamer pic with my gamer tag on it, but there’s just one small problem. I wanted my name over the picture to be faded so it doesn’t just take up the whole picture. I turned it on very low so it was barely visible, but when I saved the photo to my camera roll it wasn’t faded at all. I don’t know if I’m doing something wrong or this is just an issue for everyone. I absolutely loveee the app!!! I’m finally glad I found something that isn’t spammed with ads and has some free stuff :) thanks",

"title": "Recently, I’ve noticed some issues",
"body": "I’ve use this app for quite a while. It always did quite well, and helped me create icons most recently I have also subscribed to a service to tell me what are some best practices, and it continuously tells me that the resolution of the images are not correct. IE 1920x1080. I tried all different variations of the templates you offer, but none of them seem to be correct. I have confirmed on a PC software that the resolution is not proper. Additionally, I use a template and modified it to my own liking. It had a red box with some yellow lettering over top of it anytime I save a draft of this or even sometimes when I save the image itself the lettering doesn’t show up I’ve also also noticed that the draft that I save when I pull it back up, changes the font of what I originally selected. This is very frustrating. Did you guys have a recent change or something? I really like the software I hope it gets better.",

"body": "I wanted to like it. It has a lot of great features and most of the app is easy to use. My only complaint, and it’s a key core function, is you can’t easily resize or use your own images without the app horribly distorting the image to an unusable state. It resized the image by forcing it into a ratio that stretches or squashes the image and you can’t undo that. Why not just leave the image alone and let us zoom/move the image until we get it where we want it? I paid for a subscription but feel a bit disgruntled as I can’t do what should be one of the most basic of functions that would make this a five star incredible app.",

"body": "Sorry but this is getting ridiculous. I’ve been forced to pay for this subscription twice already. Says I’m paid thru November of 2025, yet now, I keep getting kicked out of the app and it does not allow me login. It just keeps offering another FREE TRIAL. Yes same thing that happened the first time I cannot get into my acct that’s already paid for. Then I get charged all over again. Please correct this issue as I’m sure I’m not the only person this is happening to. Even if it is, it needs fixed. Or u can refund my annual subscription. Either way.",
