1. 3/5Great business software but their billing department needs lots of work

   I really love the client software but their billing needs lots of work. I have had so many glitches with their billing, It’s insane. I’ve been with them just over a year now and if I didn’t love the business software and how it works great with my company needs I would’ve dropped them a long time ago. I’ve literally had my account randomly cancelled when I made a change to the billing and they’ve had to reinstate it with of course changed the billing date and you can see where I’m going with this….I’ve changed my rate plan but have gotten no change in the price or refund/charge to process as they make the change. My most recent headache is when they handle your webpage they charge a ridiculous $99/month to do so. I’m a tiny business and that is a lot esp when I get most of my hits off google. I’ve recently asked them to cancel that portion of my bill and they then they came back to ask if I kept it with them and they didn’t charge me for the next six months with that be OK which I agreed to. Of course I haven’t seen the refund for the charge they already took for it this month though. Lastly their email correspondence with support isn’t overly reliable. It seem the only way I get a good answer is to call. On that support side though, when I talk to someone re tech issues they are wonderful. Great at teaching you how to use it. For that reason and the ease of the app is the only reason I have stayed with them. They have the potential to be a great company tool, if only they were better on billing & support.

And they provide in-person support, web support, phone support and live chat 24/7 at no charge and pay thryv users for referrals that lead to more thryv users! Now that’s smart!

3. 5/5If you own a small business, you need this!

   I save time (and headaches) working with just one company. I save money because so many features I need are bundled inside the software verses buying from different sales people or different companies. It is as user friendly as it gets, even for us older folks who are not as tech savvy. The fact that there’s always support to help me 24/7 and that whatever I do just takes seconds is a huge plus. But the biggest benefit is I can do this all from my cell phone! If you work in the field or on the road this is the best solution hands down! If you don’t have time to do all the things running a business takes, this software simplifies it so you can! And I thought the price was ridiculously low for all that is included, compared to other software out there. Thank you Thryv!

4. 5/5App was great for essentials before the update but now

   App was great for essentials before the update but now it has become something that has more functions, sleeker appearance and better user experience for my clients and their customers. I’ve been using my desktop version way more recently because there are way more options and navigation is way easier. Great job Thryv. Note: The integration function is sweet since you can auto integrate all gmail quick books and calendars into one calendar that way no schedule is missing and avoids overlap. From what I understand the customer contact list is integrated the same but haven’t done it yet.

5. 5/5Appreciate your app.

   I got this amazing app, which I have been using for many years, my business grew as I found it more and more useful. When I started as a little completely different and hard because my expectations were of another level, So I let go for a while then now amazing things have been through to be a part of my business with this app. So fully recommend it to anyone who wants, to be successful in any business and helps for time to avoid office expenses.
