Although we have removed the old one-time purchase product from App Store Connect, users are still being charged for it. We have already set up a new auto-renewable monthly subscription, which is approved and live. However, the old product still appears to be active on the App Store. This prevents users from accessing the intended subscription model and is blocking our launch efforts. We kindly ask the App Review team to assist us by ensuring the outdated product is no longer visible or purchasable."
