  1. 5/5My sanity is resorted!

First pregnancy here and I had no clue what to do nutrition-wise. There’s so many “do’s” and “don’t’s” for pregnancy diet that I felt completely overwhelmed. Plus, I’m horrible at coming up with meal ideas/plans, so I was really struggling to eat well-rounded meals. But thankfully, Ryann's app answered every nutrition question I had!! I was finally able to put my tears and frantic Google searches to rest because TPNL has information on literally every single type of food, ingredient, vitamin, etc. And it breaks everything down so clearly that my pregnancy-brain doesn’t have to do any guesswork on if I should eat something or not. I FINALLY feel confident about my food choices now instead of constantly anxious. And there’s tons of recipes to browse through (included in the app, no extra charge) for breakfast, lunch, dinner, AND snack!! Which was a lifesaver for me when all I could manage was eating snacks in my first trimester. Thank you Ryann for creating something that makes first time moms feel empowered instead of scared!!!

  2. 5/51st time Mom’s BFF

As a first time mom-to-be, even though I had read several books, listened to plenty of podcasts, and babysat lots of children of all ages previously, I was nervous. I had a missed miscarriage during my first pregnancy and although I knew it wasn’t my fault, I wanted to do everything I could to make sure my new baby had the best start on life. With all that in mind, I was SO happy to find Ryan and discover The Prenatal Nutrition Library. Anytime my husband and I were out to eat, or cooking at home, I could look up ingredients and immediately have peace of mind that what I wanted to eat was safe, or if it wasn’t, I could find an alternative that was. Her notes on recommendations for nutrient breakdown in a prenatal also gave me great guidance on finding the right one for me. I’m so happy to have this app I kept it even after I gave birth and I know I’ll use it again as my husband and I try again for our next baby later this year. I’d also recommend it to any mom I know!

  3. 5/5Easing my worry and teaching me so much!

I suddenly found myself googling every single thing I was eating, wondering if it was ok to eat but mostly if it was good to eat. I wanted to figure out everything possible with my nutrition so that I could be as healthy as possible going into a future pregnancy (and throughout). I’ve really learned a lot and it’s changed my eating habits which are going to be some lifelong changes. In the past, I’ve struggled with obsessive calorie counting and always being on that line of crossing into an unhealthy area of cutting every where I could. Feeling constantly hungry and overall just not good. I was worried about gaining weight in pregnancy but also worried that I’d obsess over that. This app has really helped change and support my mentality around food. I feel good while I’m eating a well balanced meal filled with healthy fats and vitamins galore. Highly recommend!

  4. 5/5Great App and Website

Ryann and her team developed such a wonderful platform of information on nutrition and health for women trying to conceive, those currently pregnant, or even as a platform to support others in our life with common topics/questions you find yourself googling all the time already. They definitely researched a lot of the info for you, so it’s a nice all in one reference point =). Very informative and highly recommend using the app, website to also search forum topics to supplement as they continue to update this amazing brand new app, and follow Ryann on Instagram for also updates. Its so beautifully designed and I really appreciate once you are a member, you get email updates and have access to a community of people supporting each other and asking questions. Thanks for all that you do TPNL team!

  5. 5/5This App is a Gift!

After not having a baby for 11 years, I felt like I was lost in what to eat and what not to eat during my second pregnancy. Early on, I found myself googling everything and being so confused with multiple different answers to the same questions. I found Ryann through a reel on instagram and knew I needed access to what she was sharing. I loved having the app at my finger tips, even when I could tolerate coffee again and was in the line at Starbucks! I feel like I have learned so much not only to help me with prenatal nutrition but nutrition in general. In a couple of weeks, I’ll be giving birth to my baby girl having avoided gestational diabetes, high blood pressure, and excessive weight gain. Thank you TPNL for helping me have the healthy pregnancy I desired 🩷
