   You aren’t really a Liverpool FC supporter unless you have a subscription to LFCTV and utilize the LFC App. So much content. Do you want to watch special programing and documentaries, maybe see the pundits review the matches? Maybe read information on the upcoming match or transfer rumors? LFCTV is the place for you. The only complaint I have (and the one missing star) is I wish they was a Apple TV app. I currently have to mirror from another device, but it would be so much easier if there was an app already built.

2. 3/5Can we say glitchy?!

   The app looks good at first, assuming you are a paying member with full access, which is really the only way to get anything out of it. The problem begins when you actually try and move around and find anything or update anything etc. The app is so glitchy I’m constantly being logged out, unable to get screens to load, unable to get links from menus to work, and God forbid you have to update any membership information. Perhaps the app works better in Europe. But in the US, this global brand has A LOT to work on. In Europe there is a lot of club loyalty. In the States it can be more difficult to build and maintain a fan. Having functional, quality Apps, including the Liverpool store app and LFCGO, that work well independently but also in cohesion, is vital. Liverpool and their marketing team should be better… a lot better. To put it in LFC terms… we want prime LFC Fernando Torres quality apps. We currently have Torres at Chelsea apps. Get it together LFC!

3. 4/5One, simple, minor request…

   Unless I’m completely missing a setting somewhere, I would just simply want audio notifications for match start, half, final, and scoring. Only notifications that I get are visual, most of the time I miss them. Had to go back to the (shudders) ESPN app to receive the notifications I wanted.

4. 1/5New version is terrible

   I have had a subscription, so I can watch games and listen to real time audio commentary for two years I have never had difficulty logging into the app until now trying to get support runs you in circles. Using the links for login for existing user also keeps bringing you back to a new user registration which does not allow you to put in your existing registration information. If you have a subscription, I would just access the website directly and not waste your time with the app at this point.

5. 1/5Massive Disappointment

   It pains me to write this because I love the Reds but their new app is shockingly poor. The old app was bad and the functionality terrible but this new updated design might be even worse. Liverpool is a world class club. They should put out a world class app. This entire design comes nowhere near that level. What’s crazy is that their LFCTV paid video content is absolutely amazing. How the club can manage to achieve that level of quality with video production but then turn around and put out such a badly designed and conceived app is mind boggling. This is brand new. They chose this. You are better than this LFC.
