I may have order the wrong size of chain for my hubby... BUT they did reach out to me for support and although we didn’t make the exchange in time, their return policy is absolutely accurate and easy! I may have gotten the wrong chain, but I did gift it to my youngest! Now here I am, purchasing 2 more sets of the Cuban Link Chain for my Hubby AND my oldest son because We all love the results of my first purchase, Cuban Link Chain🥰 THANK YOU TO THE GOLD GODS!

I enjoy browsing the app but when I made my first purchase I didn’t receive a confirmation email and my order history is empty. I ordered two necklaces. I emailed the support line and my charge is pending. I want the necklaces though so hopefully someone will get back in touch with me. P.S When will more of the popular pieces be in stock?

I ordered twice. The first time, I’m assuming it just didn’t go through, but it practically rescinded my request for some reason and didn’t send me my confirmation email, or gave any indication I made the order in the app. It could be great. Really affordable but how do they expect to make money if people cannot make purchases. Every other retail app I use is prompt after I make a purchase. I wouldn’t recommend.
