   I love the Fresh Market. They don’t do delivery out here so I take advantage of the curbside pick up. I’ve experienced a lot of problems lately with the texting alerts. I get a text saying there’s been a substitution and click here to view. I click on it and every single time it takes me to a page to enter my address for delivery. There’s no way to navigate out of it so I enter my address but says they don’t deliver to me and again, no way to navigate out of it to review my substitutions. Shoppers don’t respond to my texts. Today I ordered a five pound bag of russet potatoes and they substituted two giant baking potatoes. Each weighing almost a pound. I don’t think that’s a good substitute for a five pound bag! They really need to work on this!! Also in the meat and fish departments it’s very hard to make them understand I want two NY Strips, 12 Oz each and not one 24oz!😂

2. 5/5I love Fresh Market

   I typically shop at Fresh Market once per week. You cannot beat their meat specials, and the quality of the meat is far superior to that at any of the other local markets. Their fresh bread and produce are also excellent. I enjoy the serenity of shopping in the store (love the classical music and sample coffee) and look forward to the end of the Coronavirus lockdown so I may return. You can find great deals on pantry items too. I wish they would offer more samples of their specialty products. I’m happy to spend money on a good product, but I’m less inclined to pay a steep price for a product with which I’m not familiar. The only item I’ve not been happy with is their milk. The last one I purchased was spoiled before the date on the carton. I would have returned it, but I’ve not ventured out due to the virus.

3. 5/5Awesome app! So convenient

   I use it about 2 times a week to bring in groceries and avoid going out during the pandemic. It’s convenient and easy to use. It keeps the list of my past purchases in the app so it’s easy for me to go and pick from this list and within 5 mins I’m done. They have lots of times available for delivery ( I have found that if I order before5-6 pm I still get it delivered in the same day). I have an I Sra art subscription so I don’t pay extra to get Fresh Market deliver (there is a small Service Fee of less than $1.50 which I’m more than wiling to pay for the convenience). I can’t exit or talk to the shoppers when I buy perishables and they get it right !

4. 4/5I love shopping at The Fresh Market

   Shopping at the Fresh Market is always enjoyable for me and my daughter. We like all what we see and buy. Meat products are always excellent and primed to your selection. The produce and floral items are good looking and excellent for their pricing and as indicated on the tags. I love purchasing breads and pastries, as well as cakes and other offerings. Combo offers are right in the monies, perfect as what the occasion calls for... be in savings or to complement the occasion for that day. I also shop almost everything in that grocery shop and I always come home being happy and satisfied of what I bought from that store. Of course, I enjoyed the sampling ideas they have ( before Covid-19), as this the only idea or way of knowing what that was am buying or before I serve it on our dining table I love their specials, too.

5. 1/5The app is terrible!!

   I’m amazed how many reviews do not realize they’re supposed to be reviewing the app not the store. Love the store this app is a total disgrace. 1) visually it is challenging because people are using their cell phones it should not be so cluttered. The developer is obviously trying to make it artistic but that doesn’t help when you are using a cell phone. 2) The app is in capable of logging you in correctly. One minute you have an account the next minute it seems to want to make you register all over again. 3) The app keeps asking you to sign up for the ultimate reward program. But then it tells you that the ultimate reward program is not available in your area. 4) it seems like every other page is a captcha 5) it can not recall my my location & reset me to 3 States away 6) why can’t it use fingerprint ID? Since I can’t look things up on the app I will just go to Aldi instead! 😡
