1. 5/5Best way to organize family gift giving!

   I am absolutely in LOVE with this app! I love that my teenage nieces can add things directly to the app, including price, size, color choice, website, etc. And one someone “claims” the gift, no one else can do so. We use this app all year long. When a birthday comes along, we use the app to claim and purchase gifts. I also love the feature that I can add an “idea” of a gift to someone’s list, and that person can’t see my idea, but other gift givers can. Love, love, love!

2. 3/5Great Concept…Needs Some Work

   The concept of this app is great. 1 list to share with multiple people, and those people can claim a gift and other people can see when something is claimed so that you don’t get duplicate gifts. My issues are: 1. As someone viewing the list, it is a little difficult to set up an account. I have had 2 people create accounts then had access to add gifts to my list. 2. While it’s nice that you can’t see who claimed a gift, there needs to be a feature to unlock that. I am managing my childrens lists and someone claimed 2 gifts, but no one that has access to the lists is saying they did it. Which makes me think it was an error. And now I have no way to find out who actually claimed the gift. Which brings me to my third issue. 3. Customer service for this app is horrible. I’ve sent 2 emails over the period of 2 weeks & 2 “chat” messages with no response. I’m getting super frustrated with this app & will probably stop using it if we can’t get this resolved.

3. 4/5It’s a really good app but has some bugs!!

   So I downloaded this for myself, and I was satisfied. A couple things I can I don’t like about the app is when you paste a link how long it takes to upload onto your list and there was this glitch where I added another list besides my default one, it wouldn’t let me paste a link down even though I knew it worked. But those are just small things, there’s this other glitch where I would add an item and then it would be fine like the picture of the item is there it takes me to the website and then when I add another item the image from that item goes to that item, and the item I put before it. Which its easily fixable, usually I just swipe out of the app but I would rather just keep working on the list than doing that. Very good app though! Gets the job done.

   I found this website online. Signed up, created a Christmas list, and sent it out to family. Now when I go to login, it says my password is incorrect. I submit my email in the “Forgot my password” link and they said an email is on the way. I’ve done this no less than 20 times by now and no email has been sent to me. I tried using their chat bot to reach someone and it continues to say “We are away at the moment”. I tried to make a new login and the website glitches and tells me I didn’t enter anything in the text box when I did. When it does go through, it shows “creating your account” with a loading wheel on the screen that never ends. So not only can I not login to my account but I can’t even create a new one and there seems to be 0 people to contact about it. Horribly made website. I even downloaded the app to try to login there or reset my password from there and nothing.

5. 3/5Still needs work

   Missing features that were available on the previous version. Unable to add a gift without a url. On the previous version we were able to add an item with a picture and our own description - important for things like gift cards or when the url doesn’t work (this happens frequently). Also when you edit an item, the edits don’t save, despite “saving” them. The app is a great idea but needs work. I have a love-hate relationship with it right now. Since the update, we’ve resorted to group texting again and it always goes like this: “trying to add this to the Christmas list app, but it won’t let me, so here’s the link”. There’s no point in having the app if this is what we resort to.
