5/5Best App for Meal Prepping
I used The Good Bite website for meal prepping for many years and my only complaint was accessibility. Using this app makes meal planning a breeze. I especially love that you can generate a weekly shopping list based on your meal plan. This adjusts based on the amount of servings per meal, which is especially useful when meal prepping for more than one person (less waste and less money). Recipes are delicious and something for everyone. I am pescatarian and there are many selections to choose from. I highly recommend this app to anyone trying to reach certain health goals or wants to put less effort and thinking into meal prep.
