   Finally! I have tried at least three other apps to save a massive text thread for a court case, and my thumb was about to fall off from manually screenshotting and cropping. The automatic scrolling feature on TextKeep is absolute genius. I set it up with the Shortcut, put my AirPods in, and just watched my phone scroll and snap everything by itself. It saved me literal hours. Worth every penny just for that hands-free capture alone.

2. 5/5Impressive Automation

   Okay, the way this app uses the AirPods and Voice Control to automate the screenshots is actually insane tech. I thought it was a gimmick at first, but it works perfectly. Aside from the cool tech factor, the stitch quality is seamless. No cut-off text bubbles or weird overlaps like I’ve seen in other stitcher apps.

   I downloaded this to save the chat history I had with my grandmother before she passed. I wanted to print them out into a physical book. TextKeep allowed me to keep the original look of the messages in a high-quality stitched photo, which was exactly what I wanted. It’s a really nice way to preserve memories without just having thousands of loose screenshots cluttering up my camera roll.

4. 1/5False advertising

   I specifically bought this app because the description says that the app creates spreadsheets with separate time and date data. If all I needed was to stitch together screenshots, I can do that myself. I don’t need to pay an app to do that. This is totally misleading.. All this app lets you do is upload screenshots from iMessage. There is no ability to extract the date and time for court, like the description says. It’s totally false advertising, don’t waste your time. It’s a glorified stitch app.

5. 5/5last minute court prep

   Court date was the next morning and I panicked at like 11 pm realizing I only had screenshots. Googled "export iphone texts pdf fast" and this came up. Bought it, exported the thread, printed at the 24-hour place. Looked way more legit than my phone pics. Probably helped my case.
