1. 5/5This is the easiest and greatest app i gal can ever pray for!

   Long story short my phone line had been suspended not bc my phone bill wasn’t paid but bc the persons name my phone bill is under had a disagreement with me and out of petty and demonic wanted to prove how much power they had! So by the time I woke up the next morning not just mine but my daughters iPhone and my 2 younger boys iPads lines were all suspended. So We could only FaceTime or text you guessed it iPhones!!!!I actually spent the whole entire day just so frustrating andHonestly all I could do was pray and I just pray Lord please open my eyes dancing that I am not seeing over my heart over my ears sneezing that I am not hearing just show me something and lead me on a path that can help me regain some kind of control in the situation and I don’t know where nobody suggested it but it just popped right into my name and I said it I have to download a text and phone call app so that’s what I typed in my search box and this is the first one that popped up and I was through it Has the most download so I said why not give it a shot and I’m so happy that I did because let me tell you it was so easy to access so easy to understand and I absolutely love it needless to say less than five hours after having this app my phone was turned back on and what do you know I kept the app because I just enjoy it that much so thank you and I said just anybody else that is out there even if you have a phone line download this app because you will not you’re not because this appointment thank you everyone!!!!

2. 4/5This app was good but now garbage / updated review

   The app worked great when first purchased but when I restored my subscription and paid Apple everything was fine and received premium features other than advertisements that clogged the app making it unusable. I clicked “restore purchases “ but that button in the app did not work. I clicked purchase monthly premium button but was stopped by Apple saying you already purchased this premium service. I worked with Apple support on the issue this app was having in restoring the purchase. The problem was a complicated issue where my old TextMe account was deleted since I had discontinue the service earlier. When I clicked the restore purchase there wasn’t a TextMe account to restore to. This was not to fault of the TextMe team or Apple. What I need to do was wait now until the restore time-out which will be a couple of weeks, make sure this old purchase is cancelled, then log out the Apple Media account, reboot my iPhone and log back in. Then I can purchase a new TextMe account (do use the old one) and complete the purchase. This issue is not related to the TextMe app or Apple. It is just one of the got you things that can happen to a complex system. The TextMe team was good in responding and providing support!!

3. 1/5SCAM DOESN’T WORK AS ADVERTISED

   Expect nothing in this world for free this company steals your information and sells your information and your contact list as it states its terms and conditions on the sixth page all the way on the bottom. I signed up for the free trial and it will not allow me to make calls and this is the premium free trial. It would not allow me to make calls or text messages. This company boasts that they’ve been in business since 2011. And I’m sure they’ve been scamming people for just that long. Don’t believe the reviews at five and four stars. The app is horrible. The mechanics of it do not work correctly. You’re paying for your services and they are making money as you watch and listen to their advertisements. You have to close out your entire phone in order to skip an advertisement and there have been times that the advertisement came back up and started playing the same exact place one advertisement was 3:48 long! maybe a five or 10 second advertisement would be worth it to some people for those of you that are relying on this for business. It’s not a safe reliable alternative to getting a cheap phone for free from a company and getting a $20 a month plan. If you choose to waste your time to sue you at your own risk and you’ll understand what I’m saying their customer service support is nonexistent. I called the number twice and got Fast busy. It’s weird that you can make free phone calls with. Doesn’t even allow you to call a customer service number and get an answer.

4. 2/5Begging and Buggy App

   So it all started when I downloaded the app called TextMe, I called people, people that I know. And sometimes people I do not know. By the way, I am over 4 years old. So anyway, I was calling people and I got a trail for 3 days and I tried to get it off and it forces me to close the app. I was so disappointed and I…could’ve cried, but I didn’t, cause I’m over 4 years old. My heart started to beat faster and faster than the normal beat my hearts beats. Usually it beats at a beat not so fast, but the beat was faster than a usu…I already said that. So anyway, I was trying to call and it kept not working like it would’ve worked like when it was working, and I was so sad. I could’ve cried, but I’m over 4 years old. My grandma..I tried to call my granny, but it said, error. I tried calling cause I wanted to. When it started ringing, it wasn’t ringing like it was supposed to rung when it is a working ring. And no, not the ring camera, the ring when you hear the ding if the ring. Bug, it was a bug. I love this app. But..I could’ve cried, but I’m over 4 years old. When I try to dial my granny, it gets stuck with a thing that doesn’t happen when I’m calling for a ring of the ding, I would’ve cried, but I didn’t, cause I’m over. 4 years old, like the Dracula guy who says, dint come to my house or ill…uh yeah. So, the app, almost made me cry, but I didn’t cause I’m 78 years old. Please, fix the bug, not the insect, but the technology bug, and not a robot bug, like the bug used term when there is an issue. Not tissue, issue. Thank you.

5. 3/5When it works….

   So when this app works it’s not too bad but as of lately this app has made me want to throw my phone at the wall 😡 I am not happy that I am paying for a service that only works maybe 50% of the time and support says to make sure the app is up to date to everything!!!!! It is UP TO DATE it automatically updates anytime there is one. I even tried this on my husbands Samsung Flip though maybe it was just my phone but it did the same exact thing!!! If you have to push any kind of number while on a call just forget it you can sit there and push 1 over and over and over again and it won’t work. The anger this has caused me and so much time waiting on the phone just to have to hang up anyways because I can’t push the number I need. I’m canceling once this month is up and going to find a more reliable alternative as this seems to be an issue they don’t know how to fix. Oh or you’ll be getting a call and the app will open to the start screen like you haven’t even created an account so you can’t answer the call that is still calling because you now have to go thru the “get started” process. You need to give people back their money we don’t pay for half the service we pay for ALL the service.
