  1. 5/5Love the Convenience but......

We finally get a way to order ahead on my favorite fast food restaurant app but for some reason when I do, something always goes wrong! The first time I used it, it worked great! However, the next time, I ordered Tacos on Taco Tuesday and did not receive the discount. I was told that you can’t get the discount if you ordered from the app. Then on July 2, I ordered again on app ahead of time. When I get in drive thru line which is very long, I’m told that I have to come inside. I said that I ordered on the app to avoid coming inside. She said it was their policy that mobile orders come inside. I asked was the order ready and she said yes. However, when came inside, it was not!! I could have stayed in the drive thru line ! Because the line was long, by the time I would have gotten to the window, my order would have been ready. What’s the purpose of having the app if we have to go inside? I was trying to avoid being in contact with people because of COVID 19. I’m over 65 years of age!!

  2. 1/5No Point In Keeping App

I initially uninstalled the app because the app never accepted my orders from the app as visits so I can collect spoons for rewards. I installed it tonight because the nearest DQ is 15 mins away and they provided curbside as an option. App made it quick and easy to place the order. In addition, it give us updates on when order will be ready and when to inform employees when we arrived to the location. Got there 6 mins late and waited 20 mins before we drove around to the drive thru. No one acknowledged us as we waited and saw at least four cars past by. We spoked to one of the employees asking how we can pick up our order and they informed us there location isn’t accepting orders from the app; despite there being two parking spaces for curbside parking and instructions on how to pickup the order using the app. Didn’t provide a way to speak to an employee is we had any issues just stated to use the app. We had to reorder and pay again. We will be calling the manager so we can get a refund from DQ or disputing the transaction with the bank. On top of that, the order we placed with the employee was made wrong. So there’s no point in having the app on the phone. For some reason I used Apple sign in as my choice of making an account and when I try to place the order it wants me to log in. Which I can’t do because I don’t have a valid ID I have my email hidden and when I try to make an account it wants an email, password, and a confirmation number which has to be sent via email.

  3. 1/5What app are y’all using?

It’s 2024 and this app is mostly the same as it was 3 years ago and severely behind many other restaurant chain’s offerings in regards to apps. In 2024, I shouldn’t have to take pics of receipts for rewards and I should be able to order ahead thru the app. Furthermore, about 1/3 of the time my receipts uploaded for rewards get rejected - no reason outside of “invalid” - even though they’re over $5, clearly show the location, order with subtotal/total etc. Lastly the app shows $5 rewards ready for redemption but the outdated way the app works if you go to redeem it starts a timer and if it’s not successfully redeemed during that time frame you lose the reward. The problem is, you don’t know if you actually HAVE the reward because today (for instance) when I went to use it, I got a popup saying I couldn’t because transactions credited in the issued reward are still pending - so why issue the reward if it isn’t ready to use? Or why not have a pending banner over it? It’s beyond me how this app has a 4.8 - either people don’t understand how the rating system works, they’re being extremely nice which is to the detriment of serious changes that need to be implemented being implemented or they’re never used any other restaurant app because this is by far one of the worst, respectfully.

  4. 5/5Great service

The staff is very knowledgeable. Most of the times you can get through the line outside for pick up is pretty good. I think they could work a little harder on that especially if there is like if there were four cars waiting or more than that, they should ask those people to please just go in the parking lot and they would deliver it rather than those of us are waiting 5 to 10 minutes and of course that’s at the height of the times, that’s my consideration is that they do tell customer when they order something and they’re in their car and it’s going to be a long time that they do ask them to go in the parking lot and someone would deliver it to waiti

  5. 5/5Angry

Today my husband called in our order, we usually we go and eat at the restaurant. And as always something is wrong with the order. Today when he got home with the order, the drink was supposed to a Diet Coke but they gave us a Dr. Pepper. Always at this place but since it’s only a few blocks away from our house that where we go. We are senior citizens and driving around can sometime be hard. There was another time we went there were about 4 people working in the front area and 2 people in the cooking area. We waited at the counter for 15 minutes and nobody came to take our order or even acknowledge that we were there so we walked out and so did the man waiting in line behind us.
