"body": "I was looking for a domain that could hold my files externally without having to rely on a phisical thumb drive, storage, or SSD simply because hardware can randomly fail (been there) or can get damaged. This option blows everything physical out the water. Not only do I not have to worry about damaging or losing anything physical. I can also store files anywhere with an internet connection either 📶or🛜 as well as reciprocally access any files I have stored. I know there’s a few service offering the same but the way everything’s stored and organized as well as the amount of storage offered is above and beyond what any other company offers. The best for last- the amount other places charge monthly adds up quickly not to mention when doing the math over a single year or 5yrs and migrating is always a headache. I like the amount of storage they offer on their essentials/free plan.. easily comparable to the top end/highest cost storage offered by others. I also like the peace of mind and privacy offered; knowing my stored files aren’t being perused through or copied into a third party server. 5stars for storage offered; accessibility; organization; ease of use; and friendly interface. Hope this helps someone ✌️",

"body": "This company is truly devoted. At first I thought there would be a catch to this amazing deal they offer to anyone and everyone (1024GB) but as I used their services (technology and software) the quality they offer is top notch. First, let start off with the iPhone app itself. Well made, EASY as ever to back up ALL of my photos and videos from the phone. Plus, it lets you view photos and videos from other devices that I’ve already backed up. You can view them in the album area which is also well designed. If a photo is already backed up on the cloud, it ignores. When viewing a photo or video, it will lower the resolution to save data. If you want to view the photo in full, it lets you choose weather you want to view a photo from cellular or WiFi (which is a life saver sometimes). Upload speed is good, larger files will take longer but that’s usual with cloud services and ultimately dependent on your internet speeds it’s. The download speed is decent, allowing very fast download for photos and smaller files (20MB in size). Premium is looking mighty fine though so I’m considering…great company, great app!",

"body": "There’s things I like about this app and things I don’t……. For instance I’m only using this app for mp4 files. I think it’s dumb how for one you can only view videos in “1080” when you buy the premium, this is all and well but what if the video I’ve downloaded to TeraBox was already 1080p or higher?? Is the app then not allowing me to watch the video in what I downloaded it in? Or is it in full quality and just not telling me because the 1080 premium lock????? Also I don’t think it makes any sense how I can’t PUT FILES FROM TERABOX BACK ONTO MY ACTUAL IPHONE. With the share button there is no “save to photos” or “save to files” like I said I’m only using the app for mp4 so I don’t know about with anything else, but regardless I’d say it’s pretty dumb I can’t save files to my phone on an app that’s meant for storing and sharing files…. Even if I “download” the video on terabox the only other option I can do is delete. This also leads me to my biggest problem with TeraBox, if none of my videos were “downloaded” until I downloaded the one to make this review….. then how is the app still taking up my storage by just having files in it…???? Doesn’t that kind of defeat the purpose. I downloaded the app to put files on it to CLEAR UP space on my phone. Yeah once I download them I can delete them from the files app on my phone but….. the storage they take up doesn’t go anywhere, it’s just now on terabox, which is using 6GB of my space. Call me crazy but I thought the app would be like iCloud where I put the file there, delete it from my phone and the storage it was using ACTUALLY GOES WITH IT AND IS NO LONGER ON MY IPHONE.",

"body": "At first, I was kind of reluctant on downloading this app, because I thought maybe that they would get all my personal information and not be able to transfer it to my other devices and stuff, but I was completely wrong just because the other apps misled me and led me to believe that they could hold my stuff, private and safe and secure but didn’t doesn’t mean that this happened the same nope this app has proven all you guys wrong that says that there’s no such thing as a good app that holds a lot of space for your stuff. this is my number one recommended app and it will transfer to all of your devices. All you do is download TeraBox. to top it off you got games to earn more space if you need it yay Know what I would do if I didn’t have this app because I have over 400,000 pictures and videos thank you TeraBox for inventing this app. This is the best app you could ever use for all the storage you need for everything you have all in one place keep up the good work and keep it free.",

"title": "Purchased Premium with AppleID but still not working",
"body": "I purchased the premium version last year using my AppleID and the email address provided by apple to hide my info. This may be the problem. Apple support verified it is an active subscription. I contacted TeraBox support multiple times. It hasn’t been resolved. Basically, a few months ago, I uninstalled the app but did not delete it. From the TeraBox website, I was assured that my account would not get deleted if I delete the app from my phone, because the photos/videos are stored in the cloud. So I deleted the app from my phone, because I needed more memory (I hadn’t backed up to TeraBox like I should have been). When I reinstalled the TeraBox app using my apple ID, the premium version wasn’t working. My old photos and videos also don’t show up. Ads are continually popping up, and even if I try purchasing the premium version again, apple tells me I am already subscribed. It even renewed recently. I even thought that if I linked the email apple generated to purchase the subscription that it might work. It wouldn’t accept the apple relay email. Then I tried linking the email associated with my AppleID that was used to purchase the premium version. That didn’t work and may have made it worse. I also tried registering the appleID relay email that is linked to the purchase, but apple relay emails aren’t supported for registration. TeraBox support doesn’t seem to be able to understand my issue. I am really hoping TeraBox support can help me troubleshoot. There are photos and videos that I deleted from my phone because I trusted TeraBox would have them stored in the cloud.",
