  1. 1/5Girl can I pls use the app can yall PLS fix the app

The app worked perfect for two years, up until around February2025-March2025. As soon as I click the link, it send me to my default browser (safari) and asks me to turn on my cam and mic, which worked okay at first, but the second and other handful of times, it didn’t work anymore. It glitches and lags so unbelievably bad to where I can’t hear my case worker OR my psychiatrist at all. I was told so many people are having this same issue after it had an update. I was just recently told that I now have to do in person for people who don’t have teledoc working, unless I can fix the app somehow. Girlie, how can I fix the app???? How about y’all fix the app? Please? And thank you? Not everyone can have the privilege to do in person due to hard situations, so teledoc has always been so much easier for me and I’m sure a lot of other people as well. Instead of basically punishing us for YALL not having this app fixed, how about you just.. you know.. work it out getting fixed?? It’s been 3 almost 4 months now. This is ridiculous. Peace and love to my psychiatrist, my case worker, and my therapist because they truly work so hard already, and now they gotta do all this extra work running around for people who can’t get the app to work after we have tried literally everything to have it work. Mostly shout out to my case worker, she’s a real one for real and I love her so much. Thaaaank youuuuuu xx

  2. 1/5Not anxiety-friendly

I have severe anxiety and was using WebMD. My insurance decided to change to Teladoc this year. When I logged in to find a mental health provider, there were no females available. I had to seek care elsewhere. Then I made an appt with a therapist through the app since it would be no copay. I waited a full 15 minutes past my appt time and she never showed. When I canceled out of it and put the reason as provider didn’t show, I just got a message that said I wouldn’t be charged. No follow-up or apologies from the company or anything. That doesn’t seem very professional in my opinion and it is very rude to leave someone with anxiety just hanging like that. I kept worrying that I had hit the wrong button or maybe had the wrong time, or any number of other things. Definitely do not recommend!!

  3. 1/5Can I please use the app

Clicking a link my doctor has sent me results in a strange loop of the app attempting to open and then opening in my default browser, of which this app is purportedly unsupported, to a link that offers to open it in the app instead. Upon clicking this link my phone once again tries to open the app only for it to go back to my browser, at which point I need to accept I’ll have to use my unsupported browser, which actually gets the job done, but I worry for a time when it won’t anymore. Phone’s on latest OS. App is as recent as it can be. User experience has been unspectacular but fine until I stopped being able to use it. So… yeah. Please fix this.

  4. 1/5Methodist Health needs to stop using this app

Methodist is our preferred provider here in San Antonio. Just about everything they do, they do with quality and caring. Their use of this app is inconsistent with that. First, you're supposed to pick a time for your appointment. Yes. You pick a time and then it immediately slots you with a provider - live. I was sitting on the toilet this morning while that happened. Funny, but unnecessary. Second, the first call, provider could hear and see me, I could only see them. Second call, I could see and hear them, they could only chat with me. Third call was the "charm." Frustrating and time-wasting. Third, the app has the NP or PA take your health insurance, credit card and ID, instead of spending time on your treatment, they're wasting time inputting data that you could do while setting your appointment. Unintuitive trash.

  5. 1/5Meh

2+ hour wait time, not cool. App does not tell you what place in line you are or how many patients are ahead of you either so it's hard to gauge if you should cancel appointment and try again another time or sit around and wait... I am not a doctor but I still have an important life to live, job, kids, pets, etc.
