1. 1/5Shift pickups need to be improved

   I miss HotSchedules because of how annoying TeamLive’s shift pickup system is. If you or someone else picks up a shift, it should be removed from the available shifts to pickup section. Or at least tell you how many people have already also picked it up. Also, automatic pickup is a feature i miss greatly. If I know i’m available to pick up a shift the second the schedule comes out, I should be first in line for it. Not just whoever is attached to their phone the most & sees it first. I don’t want to need to have my ringer on so I can be the one with the quickest fingers! And being on call for covering a shift until the managers approve it just to find out last minute that someone else was quicker in picking it up than you is just frustrating. TeamLive is user friendly but these are simple improvements that can be made to make the lives of the employees that uses this platform easier!

2. 1/5Absolutely awful

   It won’t let me login even if I input the correct info. It will just show a loading screen for hours… sometimes days. I have to delete and redownload the app multiple times in a row in hopes that it will let me login. I have the most recent update. I can’t pick up, trade, or release shifts just because my app doesn’t work. I can’t check my schedule at all. I have to ask my managers or coworkers to check my schedule for me because my app won’t work. It’s so frustrating. Quite literally the worst and most frustrating app that I have ever used.

3. 1/5Won’t let log back in

   I really don’t like this app because it only gives you one option to sign back in. I had my phone reset so all my passwords got erased and now I’m not able to get back on the app because it only has one option to regain your password and I didn’t use my email I used my phone number. So now i can never get back to my account. The Support website doesn’t do anything either and takes you to a completely different site. So not helpful.

4. 4/5Sign-in doesn’t work!!

   I’ve been trying to sign into the app for the past month and no matter what I do, it always tells me that there is an error and to download and login to the TeamLive app. I’ve had TeamLive for over a year and it still doesn’t work and I’ve tried everything. I’ve tried deleting and redownloading both apps multiple times, I’ve refreshed them multiple times, have logged into TeamLive multiple times, and I still am encountering the same exact problem every time.

5. 1/5Update broke app

   Since the latest update as of late 2025, the update has caused so many issues amongst me and my coworkers. Me and a few of them can’t even log into the app at all anymore. This creates a lot of confusion and hassle as far as checking our own schedules, writing down the schedule for the day, keeping in contact with each other since not all of us have each others phone numbers, as well as difficulty picking up and swapping shifts. Prior to this update we had zero issues. Ever since, it has been issue after issue
