"body": "I bought a 24 ticket and upon purchase the app showed me a button to validate it but every time I pressed it I was told there was an error, but nothing more. When going to the ticket office at the train station the best they could offer me was to sell me a whole other pass for the same price I already paid. Needless to say this was a terribly frustrating experience and by the time I was finally able to take a tram I had lost almost an hour.",
