Terrible user experience, doesn’t let you know when taxi is on its way or any estimated time of arrival. When you call the number to follow up, they say you booked something and it’s on its way then I was told when I called an hour later that nothing was booked. Ended up waiting 1.5 hours for a taxi at 8am. Would recommend getting a car or a driver. Useless

3/5Painful but it works
Slow and glitchy but if you’re patient with it, the app does its job and a taxi shows up. Personally, didn’t have to wait more than 5 minutes for a taxi. Recommend just paying the driver directly after your ride rather than dealing with entering payment info into the app.

1/5Probably the worst rideshare app I’ve ever used
App consistently crashes at least 3 times upon initialization. Afterwards, you’ll be able to get past the loading screen but the UX beyond that is so awful you’d wish that your app continued to crash

1/5I wish I could give less stars
App just doesn’t work. It’s the absolute worst. It says that your taxi is there when you can very clearly see it is not. The telephone help line is just a recording. The previous app was decent- this one is garbage.

The App and its possibilities are are not good and confusing. But the most annoying problem is that the creditcards are not getting added due to installing failures. I tried 3 cards and all are not excepted as a payment Solution!
