Big issues with recurring appointments. After setting them they disappear. and so far I haven't seen a way to send SMS reminders automatically. I have to manually go in and do it. I have tried to email them or chat with them online and get nothing. I've asked for help and get nothing. I am going to look for another app.",

They are always improving their platform and really listen to our input on things we would like to see in this app. It does every single thing you need to run your hair business. Makes appointments, accounting with details and reports, taxes, retail and inventory. Everything you need! I do wish it would tell us our retention rate for returning clients. Love this app!!",
