The WOW & GRRRR! version. This new version of Tally introduces a few interesting new features: - A new look for lists. Now everything is more clean and more readable. Items count is shown as well. - We have added a new "shops" menu, a convenient feature for lazy ones that works like this: After you have added the names of shops where you go more often, creating a new list will invoke a popup where quickly select one. This way you will no longer need to manually having to rename it. - You can now export (and import) your lists, sending them to a family member or friend via email, messages or PDF. - We have fixed a hidden, nasty bug (thanks Josh!). Here ends the WOW part, and the GRRR one begins. In recent months, in the hope we could offer a version without limits, we introduced banner ads. Unfortunately, the gains have not proved sufficient to support the application (we're talking of less than 5 dollars per month). We are therefore forced to introduce some limits again. The maximum number of lists that you can create is 5. If you have more, no problem they will remain. However, to create new ones, you will need to delete some old ones. Also, "stores" and "share" new features will only be available in the full version of the application. Sorry for these not-so-good news but, as a small independent software house, we survive only thanks to Apple Store sales. Thanks for your understanding and your support. :)

With this new update we changed a lot of things, to make the app more versatile. First of all we removed all limits. You've now access to Tally full potential: unlimited lists, unlimited items, shops management and all the stuff it was available after unlocking the full version. If you already removed the banners you can ignore the text below, keep enjoying your shopping in and ADS-free environment. Every major action now requires an "action point". We're providing 50 for free so you can start playing and see if Tally fits your needs. Don't worry, should you run out of them you won't have to spend a single cent. You can recharge them for free, just clicking the "watch a video" for a short commercial ad that will grant you 10 additional ones. Yes, we know, it may be a bit annoying but, hey, that's how can give you a great app for free and pay our bills, as we make apps for living. :) You hate ADS? No problem, Tap the "Remove ADS" button and get rid of them forever, for less the price of a small beer. Not so bad, uh? Now the app is Universal, so it will run natively on your iPad. We also draw a new, more stylish icon.

- Now you can add products by "price per weight" (think about fruits and vegetables sold by weight): tap the product number in edit mode and select the new option. - A long tap on active list title will quickly take you to verify receipt (and back to active list). - More bug fixing

- The numeric keypad is now a calculator (you can do math operations in the numeric fields)! - As soon as you start typing a product name all matching items will appear as suggestion. - A new option in settings let you decide to move disabled items to bottom. - When you add products without price, you can add it quickly with a single tap on its name. - We terminated some other bugs.

We have introduced the same iOS swipe system we use in Overflow: swiping you finger to the left over an article, will show simple and intuitive icons for quick actions. Furthermore, by swiping to the right, a new "mark" command will appear. You can use this action the way you like, for example to mark a product you just added in the cart. We also fixed some minor bugs that had appeared with iOS13.
