I have used this app freqeuntly since joining the insurance business. It has been a very impactful tool, and easy to use. I have recommended this app to countless agents here in my office. I have easily made over 10,000 phone calls on this application. The one suggestion that I would recommend is that the developers prescreen the data they have uploaded for people turning 65 in June, I believe they have imported data of people who turned 65 in 2022, rather than 2023. I have encountered many people on the phone who are said to be turning 65 in June of 2023 stating that they turned in June of 2022. This is the only month I have encountered this problem. And at the time of writing this review, there are no people turning 65 in October and November of 2023 saved in the app. There is data of people turning 65 in December, so I do believe this is a small issue that could be resolved. But this is a fantastic app overall. 9/10

5/5T65 is great for leads
Only down side to this app is what most people are saying sometimes the information is not as update as we would like. Disconnected numbers, deceased clients. Yet 65 year old people have problems paying the phone bill sometimes, that is not the apps fault, as well as 65 is old enough to pass away from some conditions therefore they can’t control if someone passed yesterday. Overall great app great price just wish they would update the information.

5/5Love the App
Love the app! For beginners or even 20 year veterans like myself, this is better than buying lead lists because some companies charge per name. Others have old data. This one has even cell numbers. If you are going to dial for Med Supps, just scrub against DNC before you dial. The only downside is I haven’t been able to download an actual spreadsheet to make things easier, but to start off. This works.

2/5Customer service stinks
Having problems with getting in the system because the system is not recognizing my password. I’ve tried to reset the password and it doesn’t work. I never receive a link to my email to get things changed. I have reached out to their customer service by phone three times. No response. I have also reached out utilizing the online portal no response and also accessing the mobile app no response if you state that you’re available to help someone then you should be available. Totally disappointed in customer service.

3/5Has some nice benefits, but needs work
Has some nice benefits to be able contact potential clients. However it is a paid service and it is disappointing when stuff is not working. I have contacted them multiple times about data missing for several of the months and typically don’t get a response. One time I did receive a response saying they would work on it, but a month later it is still has not been resolved. Please provide what you are committing to have for what we are paying for.
