   Less than 1 month after convincing me to approve a T-Mobile fiber optic internet plan because of great service and low rates, T-Mobile has throttled my internet service. My TV, internet browsers, smart phones, and all other devices spend half their time buffering. This is what I’m paying (full price) for? I’ve been a T-Mobile (and, previously, Sprint) for almost two decades and I’m extremely disappointed.

   We've had service for all of two weeks? The internet is already down and has been for three days. After being on hold for an eternity, with a total phone call time of an hour, the gentleman on the phone had no idea when he'd be able to send someone out to fix our service and I haven't heard from anyone since. I chose T-Mobile because you had fiber in our area but so far I'm VERY unimpressed.

   This is our first impression of T-Mobile, and we’re blown away by how fantastic they are. Zero complaints whatsoever. The service techs were professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Service is fast and reliable. We’re recommending them to everyone!

   T‑Mobile Fiber has been a complete disappointment. My internet has been down the entire day, and despite multiple calls, their support team couldn’t offer anything beyond basic troubleshooting that led nowhere. The most frustrating part is being told the earliest technician appointment is two days from now. For a service that’s supposed to be reliable, this level of downtime and lack of urgency is unacceptable. If you depend on your internet for work or daily life, you need to think twice before choosing T‑Mobile Fiber.

   We have contacted t mobile 6 times for the cable to be buried under our sidewalk with a guarantee to be called back and NOTHING has happened!! NOTHING!!! You don’t follow through on ANYTHING u you ou said you would do. The only thing left is to cancel your service! You can pick up your cable box and your cable drop wire. WORST customer service! You don’t even know how to call back customers when you promised you would! Escalated 6 stupid times
