2/5Buggy and slow
Has potential and I like the idea of being able to quickly answer a text instead of having to call someone... but I feel like it has been getting even more slow as of late. There’s often a delay between getting multiple messages, sometimes it does not even notify you, and sometimes there is a long delay sending a message. In addition it is missing a lot of typical functionality of texting apps, like if you search for a person it starts a whole new conversation instead of continuing your current conversation with them. For 2019 it could do way better.

3/5CarPlay Notifications
Please add support for CarPlay. Notifications would be sufficient. On numerous occasions while driving home, I will get messages from the hospital. However, I will not be aware of the messages until I stop my car and check the phone. This is getting annoying. The app icon appears in my CarPlay. However, it has no functionality. Can we please address this matter!

1/5Not making audible announcement
I used to reliably get audible alerts. A month ago it stopped being reliable. I’m missing clinical alerts. Perhaps settings changed. I went through setting and set some alert settings. I’ve never touched those before. We use this for time critical notifications for patient care. Haphazard notifications isn’t good.

3/5Convenient, glitchy
I can’t beat the convenience of being able to contact almost anyone in the hospital whenever I need to. I work with a lot of different teams so it’s great to be able to have a quick conversation with someone I’ve never met before and will probably never talk to again and don’t need to worry about getting their cell number. Downside is that not everyone who has it actually uses it, or they only use the desktop version thus don’t see messages. I have sent messages to users before only to find out later that “oh that Dr doesn’t use his doc halo.” Would be great if it could in some way be indicated if a user had been inactive for, say, more than 10 days or only uses desktop version. Also, slow and glitchy lately. Suddenly I’m not getting read receipts anymore for conversations with just one other person?

1/5To the developer s
Worst app ever. I am not sure how its popular and approved. Many times I can only receive messages but can't send. Hundred times I could see the messages and they will still be flagged even though I try exiting and restarting my phone and sometimes reinstalling the app, but imagine what happens I get reminder notes for them!!! I can't describe how abnoxious experience that I get using this app. I am a critical care physician and I get a lot of the so called "halos" and this is a presistant problem. I wish I can rate with 0 stars but unfortunately I can't. One more thing, it's unbelievably hard to form a new message, you have to go to contacts and find the contact and then message. Not just write the name in the new message search bar like any half decent app. Congratulations to the marketing department for the company for marketing such a terrible app. May be the developers can benefit from your strategy
