5/5The Best Calendar/Task/Time Blocking app available
This app does what Apple is trying to do with it's native calendar and reminders app in iOS 18, it puts together activities (events, but more broad strokes) and tasks. The app works seamlessly and the developer implemented significant changes that make it super easy to add new tasks and a watch app to keep up to date with your activities and tasks on the go. If you'd like to know whether the app is worth it, it 100% is for anyone who wants to manage routines, calendar events, and tasks in one place. Plus calendar sync, a fully functional watch app, and live activities to help you stay on track. If you want to know what I'd like to see added to SuperPlanner: I'd love to see the developer add the ability to assign durations to tasks. This would be a total game changer as right now, users must guess/estimate how long a task will take and add them to activities. But if I have a task list that shows a total time estimate based on the individual task durations I've added to each task, planning would be beautifully fluid and simple. Besides that, multiple views (right now it's just a day view) including, weekly (customizable n days) and upcoming list view would be amazing. Plus, reminders integrations and a "today" list that's accessible from the main screen (not calendar) would be awesome.

I have autism and so I rely heavily on time blocking in order to stay productive in my life. Although my weekly routine/schedule never changes, I struggle to remember it and have to see things set out visually in order to get a sense of where I am in my day/week. Even more so, I forget the tasks (always changing) I should do each week within the time blocks (never changing). I was searching for an app where I could have… *to-do lists within time blocks*. I thought I had already looked everywhere until I found this gem of an app. It does exactly what I imagined my dream app could do: to-do lists within repeating time blocks. And it even has simple color-coding and icons. I’m so grateful for this app and will recommend it to others. 10 stars!! 🌟

Wanted to update the review after your recent liquid glass update. I appreciate the work you put into. It’s re-sparked my interest enough to resubscribe to the pro. If all goes well I’m considering the Lifetime option. I only wish for few more touches for an improved user experience (geared toward power users.) - Tasks show up on calendar events / appointments in the daily summary, like regular Activities. - Swipe left and right to switch days in summary view like calendar. - Favorites accessible on task swipe (too many steps to add or remove a favorite) - Callback url support (links to other apps) within task and event descriptions — like http:// URLs are highlighted and tappable. - A description / note area in summary view for daily notes (like descriptions in Calendar events, Activities and Tasks). An area to add some notes/inspiration/intentions for the day (above your activities, events and tasks). Thank you for breathing fresh life into the app and continuing to improve and refine it.

I’ve found out over the past few years that with my ADHD symptoms, time blocking really pulls my life together in a way that nothing else can, and this app makes that extremely simple. It’s exactly what I need. It isn’t flashy, colorful, or distracting like a lot of apps on the market… it just does what you need it to do, and I thoroughly appreciate that. Thank you for this app.

5/5Great Planner and Calendar for all devices
This app is fantastic. It combines the power of Things, with the power of great calendars like Fantastical. I am happy to have the option to purchase all the features at once. I believe it comes out to around 80$. When you consider this is usable on IPad, IPhone and Mac…the software price is similar to other apps. I am looking forward to more features and hope they are not behind ANOTHER paywall! Maybe add weather to the calendar and the ability to add photos or files to days? Also…more themes!

The app works seamlessly and the developer implemented significant changes that make it super easy to add new tasks and a watch app to keep up to date with your activities and tasks on the go. If you'd like to know whether the app is worth it, it 100% is for anyone who wants to manage routines, calendar events, and tasks in one place. Plus calendar sync, a fully functional watch app, and live activities to help you stay on track. If you want to know what I'd like to see added to SuperPlanner: I'd love to see the developer add the ability to assign durations to tasks. This would be a total game changer as right now, users must guess/estimate how long a task will take and add them to activities. But if I have a task list that shows a total time estimate based on the individual task durations I've added to each task, planning would be beautifully fluid and simple. Besides that, multiple views (right now it's just a day view) including, weekly (customizable n days) and upcoming list view would be amazing. Plus, reminders integrations and a \"today\" list that's accessible from the main screen (not calendar) would be awesome.",

Although my weekly routine/schedule never changes, I struggle to remember it and have to see things set out visually in order to get a sense of where I am in my day/week. Even more so, I forget the tasks (always changing) I should do each week within the time blocks (never changing). I was searching for an app where I could have… *to-do lists within time blocks*. I thought I had already looked everywhere until I found this gem of an app. It does exactly what I imagined my dream app could do: to-do lists within repeating time blocks.
