"body": "Firstly the app crashes every five seconds and then if that isn’t bad enough you clearly can’t keep up with the volume of your orders. You don’t keep track of your stock available, so you send me incorrect sizes thinking I won’t notice when pants fall down and the other half of my order is a no show. I then have to seek out assistance only to find out that the missing half of my order has been cancelled without any communication to me. Absolutely pathetic, I will never use your services again, you can’t even take accountability for YOUR errors.",
