Outstanding customer service and excellent creativity. They truly managed to put a big smile on my mom’s face on her birthday. That too, in LESS THAN 24 hours of notice, meeting all of my very specific requirements, putting their best efforts into making my vision come live. It was extremely important for me to be able to make my ammu feel the most special this birthday of hers and I honestly had no idea who i could rely on to help me make it happen all the way from Canada, in less than 24 hours. And I’m so so glad to have come across Sugary. They put together the perfect gift box for ammu just as i had imagined, while catering to all my needs from the other side of the world. Their service, procedures and creative talent are brilliant. I highly recommend them if you’re looking to make a loved one feel special.

I remember ordering a gift hamper for a friend during pandemic though Sugary. I do not know how many times I woke up my contact person with my changes and new requests and I do not remember he was ever bothered with my early morning or late night calls. And this time when I was planning to order something special for my special one, only Sugary came on my mind because of their professionalism, timeliness, vast range of choices for gifts, online payment options, adaptability, can-do attitude at any point, with any changes or questions. I cannot thank Sugary enough for making a very special event unforgettable. I wanted to make someone feel deeply loved and valued from a distance, and Sugary made that possible. Their selection of curated gift items is stunning, but it was the execution that truly blew me away. The way they put together the 'box of love' was completely out of the ordinary it wasn't just a gift it was an experience. When the box was opened, it was a total shower of love that moved us both to tears.
