   This app has saved me a ton of money each month that I had zero idea that I had been paying them for years!!! It even found a phone service that someone managed to put in my name and I’d been paying on for who knows how long, and also found a cable service I was paying for that I had never heard of before & didn’t know what it was but they’d been receiving money from me for who knows how long. If you’re like me and never check you cc statements, this app protects you & takes care of everything. There customer support teams responds near instantly. You won’t regret this purchase!!!

2. 1/5Can’t even access paid account

   re: developer response I have been emailed by support day after day saying it's top priority and they are well aware of this issue. It's supposedly always been escalated to the top. They just never have any further response than what I've stated, no solution we are still working on it. I've even suggested maybe if I deleted my account and created a new one they could credit it. They say they have no way to do that, yet when this all started they supposedly credited my current account I can't access. If I could downgrade this review past one star I would . ---------- I tried to hold off on this review to contact support but so far I've had no resolution other than "we are working on it" for over a week. I did not realize I was even paying for this service because it says there are no active subscriptions on my account. I contacted support and was told it charges separate but they were willing credit my account for a month and cancel my recurring charge. The problem is I still get no active subscriptions no matter what device or platform I use. While they have been in a lot of contact all I am always told is we are still working on it so I still have no access. It's honestly not even worth fooling with anymore. Just be careful giving them your money.

   I hate other apps that try to ask you a million questions about the subscriptions I’ve forgotten about and had no Idea I even had that subscription. If I don’t remember having that subscription, how am I supposed to give the information I do t remember giving? Well so far it’s just been a couple of button clicks and SubPilot handles it. But until it’s done and I see it for myself I may delete the app. I just downloaded it about 30 min ago so I’m not sure what else to say about this app.

4. 1/5Don't do it!

   So I tried it. I payed the 7.99 for the 7 day trial thinking I can have it go in and cancel what I don't want, maybe find something I have forgotten about. I connected my account and email. It found everything, found a MacAffe subscription that I wasn't aware of and said they could get me a refund so I proceeded with that and one other sub I was aware of and wanted to cancel anyway for 3.99. It said it did both. Great! No refund though. I go to have them lower my Comcast bill which they say they can do. It's been over 2 weeks and I just keep getting prompts for my account info which I've given 3 times already. I tried to have a subscription cancelled and I hit the button and nothing. It's like they are purposely stalling And this was after I paid the $26 full month price. Don't do it!

5. 5/5Get a subscription to cancel subscriptions

   It's kind of funny that they want you to have to get a subscription or sign up for the free trial either way to cancel subscriptions and free trials. If I already forget about free trials, why would I do this? I don't understand why not have a one time charge or something like that instead of making someone that forgets about subscriptions sign up for another one. You're just gonna have another subscription you forgot about. Lol it's kind of funny.
