2/5Frustrating to navigate
As a current student this is way harder to use than the old one. The pages in the app that work take forever to load and I find it difficult to navigate. It doesn’t have a grade calculator and the colors don’t work well. It does however have more customization which is nice. I also like the tool bar that saves you from scrolling all the time.

The app is great but I have some suggestions in order to make it a better experience for everyone. 1. When you login for the first time it should save your login so the app opens instantly, instead of signing back in again (since you can just log out through the button on the top if you wanted). 2. The log out button at the top should say “Log Out” so people don’t mistake it for another button. 3. The Synergy Mail should have pages like the desktop website so you aren’t just scrolling infinitely and can actually click on certain pages to go ahead faster. Those are all my suggestions, hopefully you can put these into effect. But overall, thanks for making a new app.

4/5Grade book not being accurate
So when i was looking through the app i noticed that when you look at the grade book blocks that you can see easily and tell you, your grade is not accurate what so ever. I clicked on the grade boom section and that part was accurate. As a student seeing a lower grade than what I actually have is annoying especially if it’s being shown as a lower letter grade. Overall from what I’ve seen so far the app is good except for the grade book issue.

3/5Onboarding ruins it
It is better than the old one, but the reason for the negative reviews is because the onboarding is really terrible and not obvious at all, even for people who develop software like me. Changes I’d like to see be made: - Onboarding should be non-modal, let the user develop an understanding of the app on their own. - Logging out should not be on the topbar, as it’s an infrequent occurrence. - Please save my login information. If GradeCompass can do this, you can too. I have 2FA on my Google account, I do not wanna have to do that every time I check my grade. Thank you for reading this review, I hope you have a lovely day. 3/5Should fix some bugs
It’s nice that the app is customizable, but the user interface is horrific and slow (for me at least lol). Also the removal of the grade slider is a big downside. In my opinion, the only upside of this new version is you can immediately see your grade after logging in and the customization abilities.
