  1. 5/5Just as expected-

It seriously is a game changer. It’s exactly what you’d hope your current fitness routine had but was missing. The water tracker, meal options and omg the workout section (that’s phenomenal in and of itself) together make this app a no brainer. They’ve made the app so so affordable and truly it’s worth every penny. The work outs are so freaking customizable there’s literally no excuses. For example, if you don’t have an equipment, hit the switch option to get another exercise- and you don’t have to start over! If you have a knee issue and can’t do certain exercises, again, switch to a different exercise! If the workout feels too difficult or too easy, simply adjust the level (easy, intermediate and advanced) and you’ll get a whole different routine catered to your fitness level. You can switch between levels, exercises, goals (lean vs strong) and not only that- also location! Not everyone has access to a gym so just use the home option and make this your personal trainer. If you don’t have any equipment period, just use your body weight to get moving- there are a plethora of body weight exercises. Next, the meal options are made very consciously and by a certified nutritionist. They are all made to fit your macros and needs that are calculated by the app itself. Besides these features, my favorite thing about it is that they are constantly listening and updating things based on feedback. Seriously I could go on and on, but haven’t felt so strongly about an app like this before. Highly recommend.

  2. 5/5A personal trainer in your pocket!

I love this app! I’ve been using it for two years now. I love how you can log the weight and reps of various exercises. It’s a fantastic way to see your progress! I will say, the one the thing I’ve never used, is the meal plans. I’ve taken a look at them before. It looks great, but I already have my own version of meal prepping that I do. However, I’d recommend trying out the meals for a bit. Even if it’s just once or twice a week. They look super tasty and easy to make! Overall, I strongly recommend this app. It’s worth the money. It has everything from different exercises, meals plans, even water intake! It’s personalized to what YOU need. I’m telling you, stick with the plan, and you will absolutely see a difference. As a side note, there are thousands of apps that you can find that help with your fitness goals. The main reason why I chose this app is because I like Lisa and Romane. I’ve followed Lisa for a couple years now and I think she is a very genuine person. She’s not arrogant, she doesn’t judge people, and she truly cares about the people that look up to her. Plus, the couples workouts that they do together as super cute and very fun to try with my boyfriend!

  3. 4/5Great but glitchy

I’ve been using the app for about a week. I love the workouts and appreciate the flexibility of gym vs home workouts. I do find the app to be a little glitchy though. The screen in the app seems to extend beyond where it should on my phone, so sometimes I get stuck on a workout page and have to click the back button 15 times before the screen will actually go back. I also wish the workouts were set up as circuits. I’ve been doing them as circuits and I just go back and enter the reps and weights after I complete them all, but just sort of wish the app had a circuit option vs doing all sets of each workout back to back. When I do the workouts as a circuit on my own, I tried entering the reps after I did a set of each workout but it wouldn’t save. For example, I’ll do 20 squats, enter them, go back to main workout page, go to next workout move, let’s say it’s 20 lunges, I’ll do those, enter them and then go back to the main page and so on. When I come back to the start of the “circuit”, the reps I entered will be gone and I’ll have to enter them again, so I’ve stopped entering them after each workout and I just wait until I do the whole workout before entering the numbers. Not a huge deal but this app costs more than my gym membership so just little things I’m hoping will be improved over time. I really like the workouts so I’m going to stick with it for the full month to see how it goes.

  4. 3/5Has great potential

I have been weight training for over a decade, and have never thought to purchase an app like this… until I got pregnant! I wasn’t sure what to expect, but I follow Lisa on Insta and have loved her approach to prenatal training, so I thought I’d give it a try. I think this app has so much potential, but a few things could be improved. First, you cannot add or delete exercises, nor can you add or delete sets. You can swap some of them, but not all. And sometimes the exercise I want to swap for is not an available choice. It is also a pain if you need to go out of order (like if someone else is using a piece of equipment and you don’t want to wait)… it makes you cycle through all of the exercises in the superset. Also, the videos are fantastic if I need them, but most of the time I don’t and they make the next exercise take forever to load, so my rest time gets prolonged while I am waiting. It took me an extra 15-20 minutes to complete a workout just because I was constantly waiting for the app to load. I only used the app once, and these issues really make me hesitate to use it again. I kind of wish I would have just used the money on one session with a prenatal trainer to show me some mods (which I ended up doing). Still, I think this app would be amazing if these things were tweaked so I’m still giving it 3 stars. Lisa is still my Insta go-to for prenatal workouts and inspo!! However I encourage you to take advantage of the free trial before purchasing before you decide if it’s going to work for you.

  5. 4/5Amazing but

I usually don’t review and app but this one is worth it. I started to follow Lisa like 1 year ago and started with her workout at home, also I was following another fitness girl in IG (silvyaraujo) I’m not kinda comparing both but I have to say that Lisa has a perfect distribution of the routine. If you don’t change the options of the exercises, the routine will keep you pushing every single set and you’ll feel every muscle of your routine so hard!!! I really loved that. I’m training with the apps for 2months now and I can’t feel more in love. Is helpful and easy. Now talking about the meal plans (that’s why I said “BUT”) this section needs to improve a looot. I mean, this plan is really general. You’ll take a bit longer if you don’t focus also in the amount of Carb, Protein and Fat for each meal. Seems like these 3 facts always change everyday but if you have an specific objective you need to always have the same amount. I don’t know but for me also when I don’t want to cook my snack I just grab some quick food like a piece of chocolate. I know the brand and everything but you can add any meal in the app so maybe is something that they really should improve. For make a meal plan you also need measurements of waist, legs. Only the weight and amount of activity doesn’t let you know how much kcal u need to ingest. Anyways, tysm for this app! I know you’re doing your best💓⭐️
