This update introduces the new Launch Plan and Today’s Moves system, giving Strata smarter in-app guidance for setting up, running, and improving your business. Strata can now surface helpful next steps across booking, customers, vehicles, services, quotes, invoices, appointments, payments, jobs, deposits, add-ons, and follow-up. It also improves guided actions, service setup, mobile selectors, app recovery, iOS polish, and reliability across core workflows.

Strata now tells you exactly what to do next with your real numbers. The new Launch Plan and Today's Moves read your bookings, revenue, and pipeline to surface focused next steps like uncollected deposits, quiet weeks ahead, or a booking page that isn't converting, and each move clears itself once handled. This update also adds Messages for reading and replying to customer texts inside Strata, text-to-confirm appointments, online deposit payment at booking, per-customer communication history, optional review protection, and a cleaner dashboard with reliability fixes throughout.

Meet Autopilot - Strata now works your books for you. It learns each customer's real visit rhythm and lines up money moves you'd otherwise miss: the regular who's overdue for their usual detail (text already written), a quote going cold, a finished job that was never invoiced, or an empty day right after rain - exactly when people book. Nothing sends until you tap Approve, and Autopilot tracks what comes back so you see what it earned in real dollars. Also in 2.0: pull-to-refresh, smoother page transitions, a cleaner settings page, and dozens of fixes throughout.

Strata now walks new shops through the foundation - services, add-ons, your booking page, your first quote, so you're earning before you're chasing. Also in 2.1: every screen sits perfectly on modern iPhones, pages open where you expect, an accidental swipe can't close what you're working on, dark mode holds everywhere, bad signal can't sign you out, double-booking protection on your public booking page, and dozens of fixes throughout.

Adding vehicles just got faster, and it never gets stuck. Type any make or model, and if it isn't in our list, just keep typing and move on. The catalog is there to help, never to block you. Motorcycles are now fully supported, along with exotics and classic and collector cars. You can also add a vehicle right from the appointment or quote screen, so there is no more jumping back to the customer's profile mid-booking, and vehicle lookup is faster and smoother everywhere it appears. This update also brings a major reliability upgrade. Strata now stays smooth and steady even on weak or spotty connections, handling rough network moments quietly in the background while you keep working. And if you ever hit a snag, getting back to work is a single tap, with clear recovery options on every screen and a quick sign-out whenever you want a fresh start. Your data always stays safe on your account.

This update makes billing and scheduling smoother. Editing invoices is faster and clearer, and any invoice you create from a job now matches the price you agreed on. Your overdue list shows your full history so nothing slips by, the calendar keeps up with your busiest months, and your complete client list is always within reach. Estimates just got a serious upgrade. Give every service a clear title with a "what's included" section so customers see exactly what they are getting. Offer package choices like Interior Only or Full Detail, plus optional add-ons customers can check or uncheck right on the estimate, with the total updating as they choose. Turn on collect payment on approval and an approved estimate flows straight into an invoice the customer can pay on the spot. You will know the moment an estimate is viewed, you can text estimates straight to a customer's phone, and approvals record the customer's name and carry their exact selections through to scheduling and invoicing. Need paper in hand? Estimates and invoices now print in a clean, professional format right from the app.

Strata 2.5 introduces a faster, more connected workflow across the entire app. Reach customers instantly with one-tap call, text, and email actions directly from appointments. Create appointments faster with preset services or add custom jobs with unique titles and pricing. Gain clearer insight into your business with the new Finances view, featuring revenue analytics, trends, and top-performing services. Explore your service menu with streamlined collapsible cards, navigate customer profiles with organized tabs, and find tools faster with a redesigned settings menu. You can also submit feedback and report issues directly inside the app.

The calendar has been rebuilt. Week and day now draw every job that shares an hour instead of stacking them out of sight, and the grid opens on the hours you actually work rather than a fixed window. Vehicles that stay with you across several days appear on every day they are there, not just the day they arrived, and you can decide whether one holding a bay counts against that day's capacity. Team access is more precise: technicians can be kept to their own jobs, and customer contact details and pricing can be limited to the people who need to see them. Job and invoice lists now reach every record, however many there are.

Strata 2.7 puts mobile operations and fixed location shops on the same footing. Service addresses now live on the job itself, so a mobile visit always carries where it is going. Scheduling has a lot more room to work. You can put more than one technician on a job, reschedule or reassign a whole batch in one go, and open a single technician's day on its own. Set working hours and time off per person and Strata gives you a heads up before you book over them, and the weekly board collapses day by day so a busy week stays readable. The finances page has been rebuilt, again. Pick a month, drag across the cash flow chart to read any day, and see revenue share by category. Technician pay and earnings are here too, split evenly across a crew, and you can show prices right on the calendar. A new hide button sits on the schedule, invoices, finances, clients and the dashboard. One tap covers money and customer names while you are standing at a counter or sitting in a van. Your data stays yours, with clients, jobs, invoices, quotes and reports exporting to CSV whenever you want them. And on iPhone, press and hold the app icon to jump straight to today's schedule, a new estimate, a new appointment or messages.
