1. 5/5wow! cool smooth app

   i’m writing this review before i finish planning my trip because i just love this app so far. it still seems like a work in progress but for the most part it’s fully functional! i wish there was a way to add what time you’re landing in the place at the beginning of the trip. if we were also able to see the time zones and the difference between then, that would be perfect. like the US has like 4 time zones and that’s confusing if you don’t know that and are planning a trip [wrote something here but erased it, they have a feature i didn’t figure out till now] overall it’s a cool app! if i could afford to travel more i’d use this app as my main planner instead of the google doc that i use. also note to developers: it would be cool if down the line there was a feature to export the trip as a pdf or whatever pdf file apple uses (pages? i don’t like it tbh). that would be awesome! only complaint is about adding hotels. sometimes i press the plus, add a link, and it doesn’t show up. i think it saves to my wishlist…

2. 5/5Great app if you use both web and mobile versions

   While the app can sometimes crash, I found that using the desktop version to layout the foundations of your trip and then using the app during your trip to update destinations, update expenses, and view itineraries really made for a much easier trip experience where we didn’t need to use several different apps and sheets (especially the budget tool! Underrated)

3. 2/5It’s a cool app but…

   Parts of this app I love, but it’s extremely limiting. For example, you can’t alter the dates between one destination to the next. Let’s say you’re taking a cruise and it takes 2 sea days to get from Singapore to Phuket, you can’t account for those 2 days in the planner, it only gives you a 24 hour option which is crazy. The next thing I don’t like is the app doesn’t sync from my phone to my iPad. This is extremely annoying. Whatever changes I make using my iPhone I’ll have to separately go into the iPad app and make those same changes. The third thing I don’t like about this app to the point I may just stop using it all together is every time I do ANYTHING in the app, such as pick a place to eat, the app will freeze for AT LEAST 2 minutes. I wish this app was way more customizable in terms of dates, in between places, etc like TripIt. What I love about it is how it will create a little video of your trip and you can visually see your route, I also love the suggestions like hotels, things to do, and places to eat…love those features. I’d be more than happy to pay for this if they make it better all the way around.

4. 2/5Doesn’t work right

   I am trying to plan a trip for October 7th-24th of 2024. If I put those dates in, it wants my first night somewhere to be the 6th and won’t let me change it. We will be on a plane the night of the 7th so our first night under destinations I want to be the 8th. In order to do this I had to make our trip start the 9th. Our last night somewhere will be the 23rd but it told me I had 16/15 nights planned so I had to make the end date the 25th to get the planning itinerary right. This is messed up. My trip for the 7-24 looks like it’s for the 9-25th now for the countdown but right for the Nights planned section. Please correct this and allow us to adjust the nights planned dates for those flying overnight. If this is corrected I would give more stars but this is a really major flaw and doesn’t allow for any flight planning.

5. 3/5So much potential

   This app is very nice for planning but it crashes every time I try to add another destination to my trip. It makes it very difficult to actually include the whole itinerary. It also lags drastically. It has so much potential for being the perfect app for travel if only it wouldn’t crash! Even the website does the same on my computer. Not sure if my 30 day trip is too much info that it can’t handle that capacity or what but it’s very disappointing. Hopefully they can solve all these glitches so the app actually works and runs smoothly. I’ve been attempting planning on this app over 2 months now and it hasn’t ever improved. If it actually worked the whole time it would be a 5 star app.

   Edited. Gets even worse, riddled with bugs and constantly crashes. Could be brilliant but just so buggy and laggy. I've just updated the app now it fails to launch.

   Paid Version Opinion - Basic features available with free versions like adding cities, adding days. I purchased the version because I wanted to upload the documents and see if it fetches the details itself. It does not! It can only store your documents for quick access, you still have to manually enter all the data. Also it shows the partner websites, but does not link your account and auto fetch your bookings. I think this should be the bare minimum. Use free version, subscription is worth it!

   good idea but the ai part doesn't work, I imported my hotels and the itinerary couldn't identify them and so didn't add them, it would mean I'd have to add them all manually to the itinerary defeating the purpose. Also 0 response from their support team. Got a refund.

   Really annoying app. The person I'm following changed his itinerary but my app won't update. After many attempts to refresh I have reinstalled. Now I have to do a password reset, but the link in the reset email is keeping me in a circle of doom. This app needs serious work. I definitely do not recommend.
