"title": "Won’t track / sent malware ad",
"body": "It tracked my steps the first day I used it- on 12/15, but now it shows those steps on a different day, I think for 12/20. Most days it shows me at zero. Some days 2 steps. Really? The instructions are lacking any real information- maybe it’s user error and I have something turned off that needs to be turned on??? I generally don’t turn things off while walking- after taking “2 steps” though. I’ve emailed the support option and have not gotten any reply back. *Oh- and today I got a notification from them and when I opened it an “ad” popped up that wanted me to download an app- for a “phone cleaner” which was a fake app to install malware. I emailed them about that too. ***I’d avoid this app until they do some work on it.",

"body": "I can’t even get the motion tracking from the settings app on, because when asks me to go to settings, that app does not appear. And when go to the apps settings, all I have is Language, Siri, and Notifications. No motion fitness data allowances. Does anybody know how to fix this?",
