1. 5/5Lots of glitches Poor Customer Support

   Kinda laughable to see this app having nearly 5 stars. It’s great as a social app, but to be honest there are a lot of bugs in the system. Sometimes the shows don’t play back, you can’t go on air, while you’re on air the host and the callers have sound problems, music wouldn’t play, latency issues on the playback, starts breaking up really bad when trying to get through a show with ppl literally telling you they can’t hear you so you’re forced to stop your show to fix the technical glitches by restarting the entire app which usually never works anyway. Their customer support takes days to get back to you. The app has so much potential but it really has some serious bugs that needs fixing. It’s annoying to sit through a show and all you see in the comments is “I can’t hear you” or “you’re breaking up for me” while only a few can hear you fine. Definitely doesn’t deserve a 5. No way. I love the concept but they’ve got to get it right and do it the right way or I’m afraid many will ditch the app. People are starting to get into Stereo and Clubhouse anyway. Customer support NEVER gets back to you. I doubt it exists. I’ve been on the app an entire year and all my support requests go unanswered. I’m usually forced to hunt down one of the Stationhead ppl on Instagram or attend one of their “orientation like” shows to resolve anything. It’s exhausting. I’m always trending top 10 and a serious content creator but we’re definitely getting off the app. Very clickish anyway. They don’t treat everyone the same. They have their favorites. It’s obvious.

2. 5/5Good app but can have improvements

   I love stationhead bc I can listen to my favorite artists to stream and further support their music. I also possibly have a chance to interact with my favorite artists. I can interact with other fans or fandoms. As much as I love the app, it does have it’s issues. When it comes to moderating crazy fans the blocking feature is not enough. All syndicated hosts should be able to block and moderate the lives without actually being on the podium to host. There is often glitches in the live chat and glitches happening during lives that have nothing to do with internet connection. The wait time for switching out songs for buying parties can often be long. Support issues also can have a long turn around time. There should definitely options for hosting joint fandom streaming parties. With these major/small improvements, it can definitely be a better functioning app.

3. 5/5Real bad glitches

   The app is a good app just sadly here are the issues I have a problem with 1,signing up with a phone number is the worst thing to do if you change your number you cannot add a email to keep your account 2. Stationhead tech support are not very good with responding to emails in a timely manner 3. It’s a lot of bullies on this app and station head reporting button dose not work I mean people are being doxed (personal information being exposed), homophobic, disrespecting the dead, sexist and they do not receive no penalty for their actions not a account suspension or a band NO ACTION BEING TOOK AGAINST THESE CYBER BULLIES 4. THE BIGGEST ISSUES I HAVE WITH STATION HEAD IS BEING LOCKED OUT THE APP at times it’s like they lock certain stations like it’s a huge glitch and I couldn’t enter the station for possible 15-30 mins 5. Sometimes Stationhead app will unfollow certain stations I have no clue why but there’s countless times I’ve missed a show from my favorite radio host MilagroGramz because I didn't receive a notification. These are my true reviews other than these major glitches the app can be fun great way to promote your music and chat have good conversations and you can receive money or give if you enjoy the show also never know your favorite rapper/ singer might appear and engage with the people in the chat

4. 5/5This is the Future of Radio

   I rarely do reviews for apps, especially if I use them frequently out of necessity. Sometimes those same apps continuously have problems from how they treat content creators and users. However, this is my first day with this app, and I absolutely love it! It really plays out like a collection of radio stations. Best of all, if there are certain songs I like or songs similar to my core likes, they are played! This app really is a blessing for content creators who really want to make their music, talk shows, and any audio content known, and it truly reflects the General public’s tastes without feeling it being forced down. I really commend the creators of this app for their vision, and for their customer service/management. I will be using this app in the future for not only listening, but to do my own live broadcasting. And yes, I am an ARMY.

   Real Radio is back, packed with Real personalities... you, me, US!!! Whether you want your own station or just enjoy listening, this is social connection like you’ve literally never seen (or heard) before. Don’t listen to music alone, listen with friends! Got something to say... say it! Miss the days of real radio, where dj’s actually had personality, were allowed to speak their mind and choose the music they played, instead of nowadays hearing the same 10 songs over and over and ooovvveerr (yawn) amidst a bombardment of commercials?? Well here it is... fresh entertainment, free speech, sharing the love of music together... real connection... Raw, Relevant, Live (and archived to listen back to shows you missed)... Stationhead is the return of all that great stuff that makes us tick! Don’t hesitate, get #on, #talkhard. (Warning: addiction guaranteed)
