Am not sure if it’s the recent update or something else but am beginning to not like this app anymore like I used to. I can’t seem to see anything on my dashboard anymore, everything on the app doesn’t load, all it keeps saying is reload and upon doing so nothing happens, it’s still always the same. I used to enjoy this app a lot, could buy airlines and make transactions but oflate it’s just a mess, I hope you can do something about it.

2/5Good app but has annoying flaws
This app is great and does exactly what I need it to do, except the transaction history is not accurate and not in time order. For example, I made a few purchases on June 30th, which reflected on my transaction history. Then 3 days later I made another purchase at a different shop which reflected but the previous purchases are being shown as more recent and their date seems to have changed too. I’ve noticed this has been happening on my online banking statements for the last 4 or 5 months but it was never a problem before then. Also when I tried to report this problem using the app it wouldn’t allow me to.

3/5Still missing big features
iOS 18 has been out for a full year and still now dark app icon is available for this app, in addition it's still missing essential features 1. A budget tracker- on other banking apps it shows you the categories where your money is spent (R2000)on clothes or R2000 at abc retailers) this really helps when formulating a budget 2. No savings goals, like with other apps you can set goals on the app and your bank app will help you get there, ie: you want to save R1000 in three months the bank will have a bar of how much you saved and what you need to do to achieve your goal before the time runs out and also notifies you on making a savings transfer to meet your goal. 3.bring back the bars to show you your spend per month. ie if you started on the first with R5000 and now you have R2 500 it will show you like a battery bar how much you had left, the old standard bank app did this.

They’ve been very stable, with no errors; very easy and friendly to use. I just wanted to write this review myself because I have never been this satisfied with a bank. I hope and pray that you invest more in your banking system and your app, which will attract more people to you, your brand, or your company, helping you move forward. Much love.

5/5My heavens, do you people test updates?
What the heck! Test your updates before you send them out. Can’t view most of my dashboard items, or the have just outright disappeared. Frustrating. And when trying to delink something it says it’s already there. This app was never great but it got the job done. Now it’s just barely doing that and causing frustration.

Okay so I can get a notification that I have the money and the notification tells me the updated balance, I can click on the account and see the new balance but i cant transfer nor use the money in the app until the number balance on the dashboard changes which hasn't happened even after 10 minutes of waiting. How is this reliable?

          "body": "This app is great and does exactly what I need it to do, except the transaction history is not accurate and not in time order. For example, I made a few purchases on June 30th, which reflected on my transaction history. Then 3 days later I made another purchase at a different shop which reflected but the previous purchases are being shown as more recent and their date seems to have changed too. I’ve noticed this has been happening on my online banking statements for the last 4 or 5 months but it was never a problem before then. Also when I tried to report this problem using the app it wouldn’t allow me to.",

          "body": "iOS 18 has been out for a full year and still now dark app icon is available for this app, in addition it's still missing essential features 1. A budget tracker- on other banking apps it shows you the categories where your money is spent (R2000)on clothes or R2000 at abc retailers) this really helps when formulating a budget 2. No savings goals, like with other apps you can set goals on the app and your bank app will help you get there, ie: you want to save R1000 in three months the bank will have a bar of how much you saved and what you need to do to achieve your goal before the time runs out and also notifies you on making a savings transfer to meet your goal. 3.bring back the bars to show you your spend per month. ie if you started on the first with R5000 and now you have R2 500 it will show you like a battery bar how much you had left, the old standard bank app did this.",
