1/5WONT COMPLETE REFISTRATION
I had just entered cc info (it acted like saving the payment info was an option, when it wasn’t - you HAVE to save the card info for future use in order to proceed). Then it said it was going to text the phone number linked to my cc for verification. Then a white screen came up and the entire app froze. Not giving these people my money.. using a different service

3/5Lots of bugs, but useful
My account suddenly stopped working through the app. Support said it was an app problem. There haven't been updates to the app in a year... When rotating the screen, the screens sometimes get stuck. Bikes show up where sometimes there are none. Otherwise, I use this all the time to rent and return bikes all over Hamburg. Works for Berlin too.

I love the idea of the app but it won’t allow you to register because it doesn’t sent a text to allow verification. It just takes your money and runs. Please update the UI AND ALLOW US TO USE THE APP

My account t stopped working. When you want to re set the password, it says the server is not available. A new registration is only possible if you have a German telephone number as the final text message for confirmation does not get through.

I paid 8.90 euros for Deutschland ticket tariff then I couldn't register on the app or online. I had to call to finish my registration. Then once I got my account information the login failed and called 3 separate times for help and they couldn't get it to work. They said "the website must be broken" and had no way to resolve my issue. Finally, I didn’t take my money back. Why even have an app or website if it's not going to work?
