"body": "I filed the trouble ticket a month and a half ago because the app is not working on my phone. It’s still not working. I called the lady tells me it’s got to be me when it’s not me. Everything else works on my phone but your app I’ve deleted and reinstalled it numerous times, fortunately I’m still getting text messages so I can still see the text messages and so forth does not work. The app does not work.",
