   🚩Warning — fraudulent app. Read all prior reviews and heed them. ⚠️⚠️⚠️ Do not download. This app is deceptive, non-functional, and operated without meaningful customer support. The user reviews are accurate — every warning is valid. I ignored them and regretted it. Key problems: • The app’s description is false and misleading. It does not deliver the advertised functionality. • There is no real customer service. Only automated AI replies that do not resolve issues. • You cannot use arbitrary phone numbers; you are restricted to numbers they provide. • Refunds through the App Store were refused in my case. The company directed me to request a refund from Apple, which was denied. • The only reliable path to a refund appears to be disputing the charge with your credit card issuer — my bank approved a refund today after I filed a dispute. Actions I took: I contacted the developer via email and in-app support, reported the app to Apple for false advertising and poor quality, and opened a dispute with my bank. Bottom line: this app is a scam. It will cost you money and deliver nothing useful. If you’ve paid for it, stop wasting time — file a dispute with your card issuer immediately. Spend your money on something that actually works (coffee and a doughnut, for example) rather than giving it to this dishonest operator. Do not be foolish. Do not ignore the reviews. Avoid this app entirely.

   This service feels like a deliberate credit-burning scam. The system chews through purchased credits at an absurd speed, far faster than any reasonable per-minute usage would justify. What should last a decent amount of time disappears in minutes, with no clear explanation and zero transparency about how the credits are actually being consumed. The worst part is the lack of accountability. Instead of showing accurate usage or giving users meaningful control, the platform seems designed to quietly drain credits in the background. It creates the impression that the faster your balance disappears, the better it is for them. If you're thinking about buying credits, be extremely cautious. What looks like a fair pricing model quickly turns into a frustrating experience where your balance vanishes before you've even had a chance to properly use the service. **Until they provide clear tracking, honest billing, and a system that doesn't burn credits at lightning speed, this feels less like a service and more like a trap for users' money**

3. 1/5Went From Industry Leader to Just Another Useless Spoofing App

   SpoofCard used to stand out from every other spoofing app on the App Store. It offered capabilities—especially through business accounts—that no other app could match. I paid for those features and relied on them for years. Today, I can’t even access my legacy business account, and I’m limited to making calls only from verified numbers. That completely defeats the purpose of using a spoofing app and renders the service essentially useless for me. What’s most disappointing is that SpoofCard hasn’t just declined—it has actually moved backwards. The app is now essentially the same as, if not worse than, all the other so-called “spoofing” apps cluttering the App Store. The difference is that those apps never promised or provided the advanced functionality that SpoofCard once did. SpoofCard built its reputation on features that set it apart, then took them away, leaving customers with the same limited experience available everywhere else. Adding to the frustration is the lack of communication and support. There has been little to no explanation regarding the removal of these features, and getting assistance with legacy accounts has been nearly impossible. Customers who paid for and depended on these capabilities deserve clear answers and meaningful support—not silence. It’s incredibly disappointing to see what was once the gold standard in caller ID spoofing become just another generic app offering little value. Until legacy customers regain access to the features they paid for—or at least receive honest communication and proper support—I cannot recommend this app.

   I have used this app for 8 years in my profession as well as my staff. It is a shame that I am having to do a review this bad due to just my last 3 purchases. I always continued to get excellent customer service until now. I have sent a total of 5 emails to you and only told that the staff is out of office and that you have a high number of inquiries. I am sure you do, with the same issue as I. I am being charged 3 to 4 credits per 1 minute call. All my calls are recorded and there is a call log with the seconds or minutes of call... most of mine are under 1 minute. I want my last 3 purchases reimbursed on what I did not use just what I actually used is what I should be charged for, or I will inevitably broadcast on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram if your illegal practices. I will contact the BBB and The Consumer Affairs which is at no cost to me by the way. Yes I will and can do this with free assistance from Dept Of Consumer Affairs or if I have to pay to do whatever it takes to get this taken care of. It takes a lot to make me mad and I am tolerant of many things but when you push I shove!

   If you know what’s best for you, don’t waste your time to download this app. Someone lied on me and my life was basically on the line if the truth doesn’t come out. I called the person, recorded them and after the call, the recording was not appearing on the app but it was showing online as “still processing.” I contacted customer support and they told me they can’t do anything about it although the website indicated the call was recorded but not available. I asked them to escalate it to their engineers or developer if they could retrieve the recordings cos my life was basically on the line here and if I don’t get that recording, I’ll be in big trouble. They came back claiming they can’t provide the recording cos it’s not appearing available on their end although my call logs online shows the call was recorded but I couldn’t access the recording. This thing has cost me everything and I can’t believe I wasted my time, energy and money on this app when nothing works. How do you have a recording feature but doesn’t work. Or when something is recorded, we can’t access it. I regret so much and the fact that I couldn’t get the recording to prove my innocence has cost me a lot! Please save yourselves from this app.
