I have used Spond for almost 4 years now for my high school program and love it! The team and parents like that the calendar syncs to their iCalendar. As a staff we like to be able to see who is coming or not coming to events that are not mandatory so we can plan accordingly. The ability to record scores for games helps with our record keeping for scores and lineups but would love to see a notes section to added to put there for admin use. A live game chat/update would t be bad either! Overall super happy with the app and looking forward to continued additions.

5/5Search Function Suggestion
Feature Suggestion: It would be very helpful if the app included a search function for posts and events within each group. Right now, members can only scroll through the feed or event lists, which can be time-consuming. Adding a keyword search bar would make it much easier for group members to quickly locate past announcements, updates, or specific events (e.g., “Trunk or Treat” or “Practice Schedule”). This feature would save time for both organizers and members, and help reduce repeated questions.

1/5Won’t stop filling my calendar and sending notifications after I delete ap and my name is deleted of
I downloaded Spond for a tennis app at my health club. You can imagine how many tennis classes there are my expectation was that. It would only download to my calendar if I signed up for it however, every tennis class that’s offered, which is for a day is downloaded to my calendar and I’ve stopped playing tennis. I remove the app. It still is on my calendar. I’ve deleted them off my calendar. They come back on my calendar. They send me notifications constantly. I called the health club and they removed my name off of their list and I deleted all of the ones that were in my calendar and then they all just filled back on and sent notifications. How do I get it to stop Cluttering my calendar.

5/5Best Team Communication App Ever
With most of these team communication apps they provide some really great features but none of them have everything that want so I pick the one gives most of what I want and workaround the limitations for what the app doesn’t offer. So far everything that I’ve wanted is available either in the app or through the website. This app is going to make organizing for the team I coach much easier.

I haven’t had the app for long, but I’m already loving it! I love how you can change the settings to where everyone can create there own and elaborate or set it so just the administrator can do it, or even a mixture of both! This makes it really easy for whatever event your planning or activity you are a part of. I also love how it is really easy to add people to a group using your contacts. Thanks for making this app :D
