"body": "Had considerable difficulty setting up account. For example it wanted 2 last names, but only have one. Also it said names had to be identical to official identification. The app wouldn’t move ahead until I put my name in twice (even though that conflicts with my identification). Then it wanted my email address. There was no indication that it accepted my email, implying it must be a Gmail, yahoo, or some other common email. I still don’t know if my account is accepted. If it is, there is no way for me to enter the app.",
