   Don’t even try to book a flight if you don’t have an English keyboard on your MacBook as it won’t recognize the numbers. You’ll have to type them somewhere else in your desktop or safari or anywhere and then copy paste them in their website. Yes in 2024 you still have to do that like there’s no other keyboards on earth. Same on the app. Impossible to type my phone number but there even if you copy past it there’s no way. So impossible to crates an account cause even if after a long headache you manage to copy paste your phone number on their website (only on a laptop not on the app cause forget the app its useless) then you will never ever ever ever receive the OTP. So there’s actually no way to sign up. Never again

2. 1/5Horrible UI experience

   I had such a horrible experience trying to book a flight for my family. The app displays available flights/prices for an input date range for round-trip. But once you select a flight from the listed options for that day, the selected date automatically becomes to selected date - 1 day. This is such shoot.

3. 1/5Terrible App - annoy create account

   I would give it a rating if I could create an account! I’ve tried several times, entering all requested information to become a registered member, and clicked sign up. It just returns to the account creation page with no error message. Fix this please! I use many hotel apps when I travel (so I know how to use my phone and hotel apps) and so far this is the worst experience.

   Passengers r stranded far away from terminal, no responsible officer, no communication and no supply it’s more than 6 hours I had my last meal at Bagdogra, the captain of the crew is irresponsible, not at all considerate to senior citizen . Iam being senior citizen, I saw her irresponsible and little rude At least management should communicate either passengers , they r stranded in the Culcutta’ shear, there should be some one to give them assurence

5. 1/5Worst travel app

   I have downloaded numerous travel apps and this has to be worst. Slow, impossible to navigate, redundant information... and not suitable for the most basic functions like checking in for a flight in an easy manner. Awful, just awful.
