"body": "I have used rail apps in Netherlands, Belgium and Spain but they are all simple and quick to use by comparison with this terrible app. it is confusing and I keep going back to work out what is wrong. then, when you are on the desired train and it is running late, you can't see anything about your train progress. on the plus side, you can use it to buy a ticket if you persevere.",
