1. 5/5Global Traveler Finds Soul Cycle

   I travel often with my work which inevitably makes finding time, space, and community to support exercise challenging. Yet, as a 42 year old woman who works primarily at a computer, rigorous exercise a few times a week is necessary to stay healthy physically and mentally. While in London for work, I walked by a SoulCycle and on a whim popped in and registered for a class. I fell in love. I loved the teacher, the playlist, the community energy, and the sweat! I now plan my hotel stays in relation to the nearest SoulCycle! It's true that the teachers are exceptional. I'm so glad I found this community and workout. I build community for OpenAI and can also attest to SoulCycle's skill in the area of community building. You really feel a sense of belonging when you walk into a class, even if you've never been to that location before. I've found this to be especially true in London and Austin.

2. 5/5Initial Soul Cycle Experience

   Although I am new to soul cycle, all I have to say is wow! Now you may be able to find a cycling class just as great as this one for a lower price but the setting is just amazing! The dimmed lights and the motivation from the trainers is just great. There is no need to feel conscious of your body when you’re in this room and you are comfortable and safe. No one is judging you and this is coming from a thicker girl who has faced body shaming greatly. The classes make you feel proud of yourself and wanting to aim for a better lifestyle in terms of health. The bathroom and lockers are amazing with great space and room to change and take a good shower. Overall would recommend however if on a budget try finding another cycling class since the prices add up. If you want to gain motivation to make your body feel better and feel confident, this is the class for you!

3. 5/5There’s no place like SOUL

   I have just moved to Washington, D.C. and I have a very busy schedule working 2 jobs and training full-time as a classical musician, along with having my own styling company. It’s a LOT. I decided to take a leap and try SOULCYCLE recently and it has been a life saver. The best thing about it (besides the amazing facilities, friendly staff/instructors, fantastic merch, and -of course- the class itself) is this app. Working out with SOUL means that you don’t have to commit to a weekly/monthly schedule or payment plan. With this app I can book classes around things in my calendar, not the other way around. I can also look up music that I’ve listened to in classes and it’s help me discover a lot of really amazing artists. I’m really grateful to have found SOUL- there’s no place like it!

4. 1/5Application needs to be revised

   I have paid $80 for classes and still have not taken 1 class and I no longer have created for any. I was trying to figure out what bike to select since I have never been to soul cycle and the bar in the bottom listed 3 bikes when I tried to de-select them, it stated that I couldn’t cancel past 5 pm. I can understand the cancellation policy and I totally respect. But I don’t like loosing my money and my package for accidentally selecting multiple bikes and why would I need 3 bikes in different locations in the studio for the same class? Even if I was inviting friends other studio will stop you and ask to provide information. This should definitely be fixed especially for new clients, it feels a little frustrating to have to go into the studio and explain this situation , instead of focusing on my first ride. I’m a little annoyed! And sound Cycle is highly recommended company, your priority should be to fix you Application. I have never encountered this before. Fix it!

5. 4/5Select a bike should not be final

   As a new user of the SoulCycle app, I was surprised by how easy it is to accidentally lock in a bike selection. I tapped a bike thinking I could explore other options, as most fitness and booking apps allow toggling between selections without immediate commitment. However, my girlfriend informed me that the bike was already reserved—and because the class was less than 24 hours away, there would be a fee to change it. Given how densely packed the bike selection buttons are, it’s far too easy to misclick. I strongly recommend adding a confirmation step before finalizing the reservation. A simple “Confirm Your Bike” prompt would help prevent unintended charges and improve the user experience for both new and returning users. Thanks for considering this suggestion!
