1. 5/5Kicked out of the app no explanation

   I only gave 5 stars so my message would show at the top but my app started glitching and I can’t access my account. All of the glitching started once i withdrew $90 it took months to actually be able to do that btw. All of a sudden the app won’t fully load and it just shows the start screen and I press it multiple times but it won’t fully open. I have tried undownloading, updating and reaching out to customer support and have heard nothing back the only message they did send back said “ dear players, Thanks for contacting us. We are sorry for the inconvenience caused. We are sorry to inform you that players need to contact us through the in-game customer service channel if they have any issues in the game. The email channel only handles issues related to the inability to log in. Thanks for your understanding.” But how can I access the in game customer service if I clearly stated I can’t get into my account… I also have not received my money and it has been more than 5 days. I haven’t broken any rules playing this game so I hope that little $90 is not the reason for booting players out because I’m sure I have won and lost 10x that over the months but idk.

   Downloaded with no problem. Made a deposit and provided account info. A message flashed saying my location couldn’t be verified with my gps. I was required to enter and verify my phone number. Even though it said a verification number was texted to my number, it never happened. I deleted and installed the app several times. Each time, the result was the same. Bottom line, they accepted an $8 deposit purchase from me and then made it impossible for me to use the app. I reported the app to iTunes and cancelled by debit card. Discovered later they wouldn’t accept my review submission!

3. 3/5Used to love it until they changed the match types

   I have loved playing this solitaire game for years; however, they recently started doing 1v1 matches instead of the normal 5 player matches. This has been so frustrating to say the least. It takes you SO long to earn money opposed to the 5 player games. They said, it’s because they get solved quicker but it’s more frustrating and you lose more money since there’s not even a chance of coming in 2nd place to earn any of your money back. PLEASE GET RID OF THIS and bring back the 5 player matches all the time or give people the option to choose if they want to do 5 player or 1v1. I’d rather wait hours for the matches to be completed than ever play another 1v1. It has really made me not want to play anymore and look into other solitaire cash games.

   So…it’s on the border of being a scam. I am pretty quick with solving solitaire and have been playing for years, so I thought I’d give it a go. You can win cash, but with a few catches and they are geniuses as manipulation. For example, you get “bonus cash” but that cannot be withdrawn; if you do withdraw the cash you win, all bonus cash will be forfeited. You see your account getting higher and higher with cash, but this is to make you increase your bet thinking you have more to spend, but in reality, you don’t. Then there are processing fees, and you need to be fast to win. You are given 5 minutes, but you really need to solve the game in about 2 to get a winning score even on the lowest levels. I won about 60-70% of the games I played but only came out ahead about $3. Play for fun, but don’t expect to actually win anything significant

5. 5/5Absolutely Love Game!

   I kept hearing about This Solitaire Arena game and because I love playing it. Friends kept telling me I would enjoy it… Well I do and picked my phone up and downloaded on the App Store. I literally could not put it down. I just playing and playing all through the night til next night. Off and on . I Didn’t realize that while I was playing I was earning recognition and received a Bonus for playing the most in a 7 days. I only played one day and night, But I will be playing it Everyday!
