3/5Missing Features
I’m missing some of the features of the old app. 1. Old app would automatically add to calendar when booking, this one I have to manually add each class and ended up missing a class even with the reminder email (also my job to remember) because it wasn’t in my calendar. 2. I like that it shows how many classes are left on your pack but for when I’m booking on my billing date it doesn’t show which membership month I’m pulling from and I’d like that option to choose which month depending on scheduling. 3. I wish there was still an easy tab for current and past classes at the bottom of the app vs going to home page and seeing all classes and then seeing past classes, just an extra step. Solidcore the workout is top notch just needs a little better of an app. I miss the old design too the font and more circular / round aspects was visually appealing imo.

1/5What they don’t tell you…
First off I want to say i absolutely love [solidcore] and the coaches! The app and customer service however is atrocious. I signed up for a 1 month membership, no commitment, thinking I’d be able to have control of my membership, WRONG! What I did not know was in order to “cancel” my 1-month membership I would have had to initiate the cancellation 30days prior to my billing cycle so essentially cancel my membership the second i signed up. Why have a 1 month no commitment option that requires a 30 day notice to cancel? I just wanted a pay-as-you-go situation. I will be traveling to an area that does not offer [solidcore] and do not want to pay $320 for something I’m not going to use. When i tried to cancel on the app it made me email an AI program explaining myself and said they would get back to me within 7 days. It’s been 9 days no response. I started the cancellation process with over 2 weeks left in my membership and nobody has gotten back to me yet. So you expect me to honor the 30 day cancellation notice when you cant even get back to me within the 7 day window? It is a trap to get 2 months out of you. I don’t even want to quit [solidcore] completely I just dont want to pay for something Im unable to use!

2/5Great workout, but the new app is a major step backward
I absolutely love [solidcore]—the coaches are incredible, the classes are challenging, and the workout itself is second to none. However, this recent app update has made the administrative side of being a member a total headache. The biggest issues: • Calendar Syncing is Broken: Before the update, my classes synced to my iCalendar automatically. Now, despite having both my iPhone settings and the app settings set to auto-sync, it just doesn’t work. I actually almost missed a class because I rely on my calendar for my schedule. This is a huge regression for an app that used to be seamless. • Poor User Experience (UX): Everything takes way more clicks than it used to. Performing simple tasks—like booking or checking your schedule—feels clunky and buried. The old version was much more intuitive and efficient. • Removed Features: Please bring back the badges! It might seem small to some, but those milestones provided a genuine sense of motivation and a fun way to track progress. The only silver lining: The only useful part of this update is being able to see exactly how many classes I have available at a glance. But that one feature doesn't make up for the loss of functionality and the frustration of the new layout. Bottom line: I’m here for the shakes and the community, but please fix the calendar integration and streamline the interface. The old app was better in almost every way.

1/5New update is so difficult to navigate
I really dislike the new app update. Not only is the app not syncing to my Google calendar anymore, but the actual booking page is also much less efficient in the layout. I much preferred the old layout where it had what muscle focus was for each day in a bold blue bar at the top of the day selected, and the actual class section bars were smaller so more fit on the screen. I also would appreciate if the “Book” button would be a different color shade from the “Join Waitlist” buttons to make it easier to see what classes are available when scrolling through your book. Also it is helpful to have a number of how many people are on the waitlist already so you can decide whether or not to join based on the likelihood of actually making it off the list. I also think it would make more sense to have somewhere, either on the home page or the booking page, a numerical tracker for how many available classes you have left to book in the billing cycle.

1/5Awful new app update
Unfortunately, the new app update is a major step backward. Previously, when an unlimited member booked a buddy pass, the buddy’s reservation appeared clearly under Booked Classes with their name attached. You could confirm they were booked and cancel the class for them if needed. That functionality has been completely removed. With the new app, you can no longer see your buddy’s reservation in your dashboard or manage it in any way. This means you now have to rely on your friend to receive and understand a confirmation email/text and to know how to cancel in the app—despite the fact that the unlimited member’s account is the one being charged and penalized for late cancellations. This change makes very little sense, especially since buddy passes are often used for beginners who may be brand new to [solidcore] and unfamiliar with the app. Removing visibility and control from the paying member creates unnecessary confusion, frustration, and risk of fees. At minimum, unlimited members should retain the ability to view and manage buddy reservations tied to their account. The loss of this feature significantly worsens the user experience and feels like a clear downgrade from the previous app. this is only one of many many issues with the new app. Every single member I know who goes to class have all been complaining about this new app update. It’s absolutely horrible. I genuinely wish the old app functionality were still available, as this update has removed practical, user-friendly features rather than improving them
