I just wanted a reliable app to post on and message ppl on Ngl. I MISS SOCIAL CLUB!!! It’s amazing when it works. This is the longest time it has gone without working. It’s been almost 3 weeks of it being down :( hella ppl in my area just started using it. Everyone’s asking me when it’s coming back up 😂😂 this app has so much potential, it can be alittle dry or slow but I’d prefer that than no app. LIKE CMON BERNER!!! People in the Bay Area just started to use the app more. YOU BETTER NOT BE GIVING UP!!! I want my green verification after this Mickey Mouse club house BS. 😭😭😭 Still a 10/10 app ✨✨

I know this app just dropped so this is constructive criticism. Made a personal account and logged out to open one for my company. Tried logging back into the app but due to how you have to log in via weed maps it not only lost my ability to sign it. It said the email I used to make my personal account and successfully uploaded 2 videos to wasn’t hooked up to my email anymore? So I tried using the same user name to log in and it said it already exists. My issue is there’s nowhere to recover the account it all funnels through Weedmaps which is extremely lame cause they have been just going downhill last few years. I’m excited to keep trying this but at this point there’s no music in the app etc so it’s like the Prius of apps. So simple everyone can use it. But not up to SM standards.

Love this platform, but I’m having a hard time resetting my password as all my saved passwords were accidental wiped out when I changed phones, and the app doesn't allow me to update my password without providing the current password which I don't have. I've requested support, but haven't received any communication back from the team at SocialClub. If someone in the company could help me with this technical issue, I would be infinitely grateful! Thanks in advance.

1/5Not worth investing your time and effort
This app isn’t what I thought it would be. Although it is fun to finally get to post my work, without any fuss, reports or complaints. I’m afraid that it’s too free, and un-monitored. Here I thought I finally had a platform that I can post what I wanted, but at what cost. Other accounts are ripping off peoples pics and posts and reposting as if it’s their own. For months now I have report a certain account that keeps posting my photos, and other peoples photos. I have reported this account several times, and I have not got one response. It’s like the wild wild west, no rules, and it seams like no one runs it, like a ghost app, just runs by itself. This app was just created out of spite, and had been forgotten about by it’s owners and developers.

This app has lots of great features but could be even better if they put a little more resources into it. The biggest thing I’m having issues with is the product showcase on our profiles: Products in your showcase - the UI to edit them is horrendous. The text field to type in is 1 inch tall so having to find text or select text is a nightmare. Also, you’re not told how many characters you can use in the text field so even after saving the text and confirming it on the finished product it will cut the text when you list it Reviews in showcase - this app is filled with so much sketchy business. It would be nice to click on someone’s page with a showcase and be able to see reviews of the product I’m interested in buying. Or even an overall profile review if you choose to opt into a ‘business’ account Dark mode - we’re all begging Hopefully these get taken into consideration! Convenience of making money on the app = more users participating
